AarYa OS~Crazy Duo~My Crazy Thought

Aarghhh.. my entire dress is spoiled with the juice!! now how am supposed to reach college on time?.. i have to change my dress and i will be so late!! all because of you.. Cant you see and walk?!!!'- Aarti scoffed angrily .

You know i cant see but you are worse than me. though you have eyes unlike me, you dont know how to use it'- Gritted an equally Angry Yash.

Mr. and Mrs. Dubey just nodded their head in sheer disappointment seeing these two kids. They are by now fed up with their behavior towards each other, specially Aarti's towards Yash.

It was 15 years back Yash lost his parents along with his eyesight permanently in a fatal accident. Dubeys and Scindhiya's were family friends and business partners. They were equally saddened with sudden demise of Scindhiya couple. But Mr. and Mrs. Dubey's heart went out for the 6 year old poor boy Yash who lost everything. Yash was the only child and heir of entire Scindhiya business, and that attracted lots of greedy relatives. it was clear to Dubey's that the money and wealth only mattered to them and they did not care about the blind boy. So to save him from his greedy set of relatives, Mr. and Mrs. Dubey adopted him and became his legal guardian and took control of their business not before fighting legally against so called relatives. From then Yash was living with them. But their 6 year old only daughter Aarti did not take Yash's inclusion into their family , in a good way. Before the accident Aarti and Yash used to be good friends as they were of same age, so Mr. and Mrs. Dubey never thought that Aarti would not like it. But Aarti did not like the fact that her love got shared and her parents used to give more attention to Yash because of his inability. They tried to make her understand about the situation and how Yash needed all their support and love. But nothing changed Aarti's mind and she was always rude towards Yash and mostly taunting him about his disability. On the other hand, Yash went into his own shell as he was initially not able to understand what was happening with him. The change of surroundings, new people and unavailability of his parents made him miserable. Very soon Yash understood he was not wanted by Aarti here and she was right at her place. So he hardly reacted to her and tried to avoid her as much as he could. Mr. and Mrs. Dubey was worried with Yash's withdrawn and introvert nature and consulted their family doctor. After checking Yash, the doctor informed that Yash looked fine and little depressed but nothing serious. Yash just needed love and care which Dubey couple was ever ready to give. Thus the time went with Aarti's unnecessary jab and spiteful taunt towards Yash and his moody replies. Mr. and Mrs. Dubey initially thought it will change when they would grow up but things were exactly same even though both were now in college.

Ramu Kaka please drive the car faster. i am getting late. my class is about to start in 15 minutes.' Aarti ordered. Then she turned to Yash who was sitting beside her, as both were in the same college Yash How am i looking?' Oh sorry i forgot you cant see' And saying these Aarti smirked. But she fumed hearing Yash's reply Oh i thought even you cannot see that is why you keep asking people about how you are looking!!'

They reached college and were walking towards their class. Their college had a separate division for blind students and Yash was going to that direction. But much to Aarti's despise , Arpita came towards Yash and started interacting with him. Arpita was Aarti's classmate and she never failed to show her interest in Yash. It irked Aarti to core. Though she was getting late for her class, but she could not leave Yash with Arpita . Yashu i do not have any class. do you mind if I walk you to your class' stated Arpita sweetly. But before Yash could say anything he heard Aarti though he is blind but he does not need your help Arpuuu' Yash controlled his laugh with difficulties, hearing Aarti mimicking Arpita's tone. But he felt both the ladies waiting for his reply so he continued Yes Arpita. Aarti is right. I can go alone. But thanks for asking.' Arpita got disappointed and Aarti smirked. But her smirk soon got replaced by her anger hearing Yash's next comment which was obviously directed to Aarti.

I do not need any help. but i definitely need my iPod and ear cod to save my ear from unnecessary sound'

Aargh you call my sweet voice as unnecessary sound?!!! Go to hell but that also you cant see'

that is fine and i am ready to go to hell but promise me you will not follow me there'

with that both dispersed to go to their respective class. And just like Mr. and Mrs. Dubey, entire college was also used to this crazy duo and these scenes everyday.

It was afternoon and just like everyday Yash came infront of Aarti's class so that they could go home. But he felt some hustle bustle and it was not regular. Then Arpita came to his aid and informed that Prashant was proposing Aarti , kneeling on his knees and with a red rose. And their entire class was cheering and urging Aarti to say Yes. Arpita was in all praise for the romantic proposal. Yash was fuming and he asked Arpita about aarti's position. After getting required details, he just marched towards them and grabbed Aarti's hand and went out of the college premises dragging her.

What the hell, how dare you to drag me from my romantic proposal'

Sometimes i really feel you are also blind like me or your taste is really that bad. seriously Prashanth?!!!'

And i also feel that in real you are not blind and just acting. like the way you just dragged me and the way you do all your work. how can you be so independent all the time even more than the people with vision'

Yes what do you think. My taste is not that bad but i was eager to see his heart broken face after hearing my refusal'

Both got stopped and looked into each other, Aarti to Yash eyes which were covered by black goggles and Yash to Aarti's beautiful eyes even though he could not see anything. it was an awkward silence and it was not the first time they were sharing this kind of odd moment. Both understood the meaning of that sentence and did not want to break the moment. Then finally Aarti came up with her never ending taunt to ease the awkwardness.

Oh yes. Blind Angel of course. how can i forget?!!'

Yes. Devil also behaves like blind even thought she has eyes!! Lets Go home'

Next day in college, as soon as Aarti got a break from her class, Prashanth came to her and was eager to know about her answer.

Aarti please say it darling. i cant wait. i know you would say Yes but still want to hear it from you. i know you were also eager to say Yesterday but because of Yash you could not say it. that bloody blind guy!!'

Thats it and entire class was silenced by a loud sound of a Slap and watch a shocked Prashant holding his cheek.

how dare you call Yash blind call him names?!! you don't even stand a chance near him even though you have your bloody eyes. and you should thank him because he saved you from public humiliation as i was about to refuse you!! and remember only i can call him blind but no one else' with that Aarti left the place.

it was afternoon and they are again in the car going home. heard that you slapped your lover because he called me a blind' Yash smirked. oh your lover Arpita already given all the details. Ask her to mind her own business and stop being informer'

Ramu kaka was aghast hearing them What you both have got lover?!!'. Ramu Kaka was the one who was driving them to school and now college from past 15 years. he knew almost all their secrets that Mr. and Mrs Dubey also did not know. He was always affectionate towards both of them and was perhaps only one to see the hidden love through their silly banter. But when he heard about lover he really got shocked.

Ramu Kaka Pleasee. we do not have lover' came the prompt reply from both. Ramu kaka smiled and continued driving. He mentally shook his head with the thought that these two are crazy people and no other person would ever be able to understand their equation!!
