Anyone feel a bit bad for Natasha today? I thought Roop did a great job in that scene. Of course this had to happen, otherwise or Sona and Dev's story can't progress, but I wish Natasha didn't have to feel this bad. In a way, she was caught between the decisive of the two men - her father, who forced the engagement and Dev, who himself only just realised that he loved Sona.
Please don't misunderstand me, I'm glad that the whole Natasha teach ended, now the main story can start! Just that the whole scene was quite touching, it being her birthday and everything. I can see what an unfortunate situation she was in, it must be heartbreaking for any girl... Just me feeling this way?

I sometimes feel bad for her, but then I remember the scene where Natasha was hand feeding Dev biscuits (for no apparent reason?) and how much it hurt Sona. Karma I guess 😆

Nice post.
Frankly, I dont feel bad for Natasha at all. From the beginning, I found her coming across Dev so strong...

She was behaving as if she has known him for years, which really sort of pisses one off... taking too much liberty over him and his family.

What totally was unacceptable as I have said a few times, I cannot equate her with the tough top notch business woman with her behaviour and so casual appearance.

I just watched today's episode. I really feel very bad for Natasha. No girl deserves this...how heart broken a girl would feel if her engagement is called off just couple hours before and that too on her birthday. I can understand CV'S taking this approach for the negative character...but Natasha's was positive, they should have handled it diffrently. Well it is done deal I guess.

I agree with what you've said - I felt that both Natasha and her dad behaved unprofessionally - her dad put Dev under a lot of pressure, linking the deal with his personal life and he shouldn't have done that. Also, her dad always came across as a superior, as if he was Dev's boss, not business partner.

I felt bad for Natasha because at the end of the day, it was a harsh let down for her, and it came on her birthday etc. Also, the. whole scene came across as if it was only Dev's fault, which is not really true. He was put under a lot of unnecessary pressure by her dad.
Thank you so much for replying!

Bingo! That's what I meant. They should've handled that scene better, it was unfair that Dev had to feel so guilty when he was never interested in the rishta in the first place. Also Natasha's dad is such a big businessman and he couldn't sense that Dev was not interested? It's hard to believe this...

i agree yaar. i too felt very bad for Natasha.
Roop did a good job in that scene.

A girl getting into fasttrack sagai on her father's insistence n then getting dumped by the boy on her engagement cum birthday is very bad blow for her. i hope they show proper closure to Natasha chapter.

on a lighter note, Natasha's current situation is ideal as bechari ladki in our usual daily soap n might inspire someone to start a serial with her as lead 😭😆😉
