But in YHM every unbelievable scenario is doable and acceptable .

For Pihu, shagun is the only mother she has known all her life. Now if she suddenly chooses Ishita over shagun, it would be unrealistic...unless they make shagun do something real nasty (like in earthquake track) so that Pihu going to Ishita makes sense. I guess that's where CVs are heading...well anyway let's see...

Her blouse patterns and her hair is changed even before leap she used to wear ear rings and bangles and here also she is wearing them instead of bangle she is wearing watch only because of her darker shade of lipstick and hair Itz looking like she decked up and I guess post leap she is wearing simple sarees wen compared to pre leap sarees

Well, they have replaced the concept of second chances in life with beauty and the beast version. Killing off "nature vs nurture" would be pretty easy for them. It would be hard for any neutral viewer who watch the show from day one...first half the show conveys mothers are those who nurture their children and the second half says mothers are those who feel connected instantly to the children whom they disavowed in their formative years!
Shgaun will obviously be made to do some nasty things...so that the typical route of lionization-demonization can be enforced but still that doesn't negate Shagun was the only Mother Pihu had while Ishita was no where to be seen.
