Blessed is a wife who can become a spoilt kid every once in a while. Sandy was funny today in her pursuit of the trophy. Tamkaas are Sandy's weaknesses..It didn't take Suraj long to figure out the trophy thief. Anas's expressions were spot on there. Suraj indulged his Sandy yet again by assuring that she is the eternal winner in his eyes.Maasa has mellowed over the years. Good to know that Maasa and Om are moving to Pushkar. Arzoo,Chotu scene was good.
To save the best for last however, it was the sweet SurYa scene. What a throwback to old days. Suraj's words were as moving as ever, soothing his Sandhya. Very true words too. Sandhya's presence filled such a void in his life. He was taking care of his family but up in that gg room, he was lonely. A wife as unique as Sandy enriched his heart and mind like never before. She has given him a lot of joy in terms of love, children and a lifetime of wonderful memories. As always, he was dhoop mein saaya to his beloved. My favorite DABH instrumental theme on strings playing in the background was icing on the cake.
Challenging times are ahead but tonight diya baati are content, slipping off to dreamland holding hands, with a smile on their lips.
