Prachi loved neev (just like kashish loved sujal) after prachi got married 2 milli so she had 2 love him coz he was her husband (just like kashish got married 2 piyush) U never knw maybe ekta will kill mili's character and prachi will get pregnant.. I m 100% sure tht this track will come coz ekta as we all knw doesnt like 2 lovers 2gether..

I think she doesn't love Neev at all (romantically) anymore. She's crazy about Milind and it's obvious. She desires him as well as cares for him, in short she's head over heals in love with Milind.

Well. prachi doesnt show any affection fr neev anymore. Maybe deep deep deep inside she feels it just a teeny bit but doesnt show it.

she loves Miland more though.

All I say "never say never". With Ekta's magic pen she changed Prachi's feelings from Neev to Milind. She can, again, change Prachi's feelings back to Neev. All she would have to say to Neev "I forced myself to move on with Milind and yes, I did fall for him. But deep down it was always you". Believe, anything can happen. LOL.
