The thing is no matter how much Riya keeps getting kicked by the SS family members, it's not them who are the real culprits. It's Shivam. Yes she should have left them all to it a long time ago but then there would be no MAM or story left to tell if those two idiots separate- the writers hv done a huge foul up, don't even know where to begin. But given that Riya is still living with Shivam (for WHATEVER reason) he just dsnt give a hoot about her one way or the other. She's just an afterthought to him. So why he suddenly cares out of the blue when she gets hurt or is about to get hurt? Why? Because it's convenient for the MAM writers to show some shallow, hollow, empty, "romance" between the two thinking the viewers are so stupid that they will buy it. I don't care how much the others insult Riya- she knew what she was getting into when she came back to SS. But Shivam behaving the way he has in last few months? Saying she's his ex, saying if she loves him she'll go and then in the next minute telling her she's good for nothing for not being able to bring his mum back? Go and get her back yourself you epic loser. She's your darling mother. What the hell has your "ex" wife got to do with it when you're shoving her out the door? Go and run after your own mother as usual. Why you sending Riya now? And Riya? Moron doormat keeps taking n taking n taking. She's ridiculous. She'll smile anyway no matter what Shivam does to her as long as she gets a few unintentional scraps of attention from him every other two days. I don't think she should die (that's a bit extreme guys lol but I feel your frustration) but I do think she should just leave this place. Just go, suddenly like that. Without even telling them. Leave them to wonder where she went, if she's ever coming back, move to another city with her dad n start fresh where no one knows anything about her, find a man who is real. Let Shivam run after his mummy for rest of his life. No matter whether he's with Chanda or candy or roshni or whoever the hell he ends up with- his wife will just be a blip in his life whilst his mummy will remain everything. He doesn't want to create a future for himself, a foundation with a woman who will hv his children one day. No this guy just lives in the past of how much he "owes" his family. He was right , he shouldn't marry anyone. Just serve his family, and die an old man with no wife n kids. His mum wouldn't be happy about the no grandkids part- by hey, at least her son will be trailing behind her like a brainless directionless guppy for the rest of her natural life. And when she dies, who cares? She won't be around to see her son become a nothing with no one. He did his duty. He did what she asked until her dying breath. What a crock of horse manure.
