Eisha Singh to essay lead role as Rani in ETRETR

Zee TV's popular show Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani' (ETRETR) starred popular TV actors Drashti Dhami and Siddhant Karnick. However, the show recently took a generation leap changing the leads of the show.

Drashti Dhami, who played Rani before the leap, quit the show refusing to play a mother. With all the changes made, the makers have been busy finding the new Raja and Rani for the show.

It had been earlier reported that actor Sarrtaj Gill (&TV's Begusarai fame) being finalized to play grown up Raja in the show.

According to latest updates and buzz, young and talented actress Eisha Singh who rose to fame with her role as Dhaani in Ishq Ka Rang Safed(Colors TV) has been roped in to play the grown up Rani (Gayatri's daughter) in Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani'.

Eisha's onscreen chemistry with her co-star Mishal Raheja as Viplav and Dhaani in Ishq Ka Rang Safed had been loved by the fans. We are sure Sarrtaj and Eisha together will surely be amazing together on screen.

Also unlike her previous role where she played a simple and rather quite girl, Eisha's role in ETRETR demands her to be a strong, smart and confident girl.
