Also story wise then how will they redeem his character? Most shows forget that and the girl is running in the hero's arms without him actually apologising or anything..

Maybe, it was there to show when in the upcoming track, he tries pushing her away but recalls this incident? And so is not too harsh on her? Yes, initially he will be all like I hate you blah blah but this incident may make him rethink (in the beginning) before the whole thing gets over. Like it may make him realise before the end of the track that she trusts him, is there for him... Again... Not sure if I am making my point come across as clear as I would like it to, so sorry for that😳

Hey!

I have just got home from work...havent watched the epi yet but am so excited!!...I was reading all the comments and povs regarding the terrace scene...

I want to bring to your attention that if the hug, the realisation etc seems rushed/cliche or unlike EDKV to some viewers, the reason has to be the tight deadline of June 9...Both new shows have been promoting June 9 as a day of mega proportions in terms of the storyline. Sony wants to shift gears and so the two shows must have been asked to pack a punch...In ShraMan's case, realisation/confession is a big thing but the turning point would be to show the maa-beta confrontation, changes in ShraMan relationship and Sumo's relationship with her own family etc. For all this to be telecast on June 9, they had just 1-2 epis to show Shravan's realisation of his changed feelings toward Sumo. They needed to give him a jolt which they did through Sumo's shocking act...knowing Sumo and having seen her antics sometimes, its pretty realistic if you ask me.

I think it makes sense if they had to take the beaten path for the sake of rushing things in order to get to some interesting storyline.

Terrace scene was the highlight of the episode for me... It was poignant yet flowed subtly well with the episode...

That hug... Every mention of that hug gets me drooling over it... I loved how it was a swept her off her feet kinda hug..
But more than the hug I loved the scene which followed it..
I loved how neither of them let go off the other..
I loved how the only emotion reflected in shravan's eyes were fear that his sumo might be hurt..
I loved how sumo is not afraid to let him know that she trusts him with her life...
I loved how sumo can go to any extent for shravan..
I loved how the only reason shravan is angry is because the stupidity his woman can do for him without any care for herself...
I loved shravan's soft voice and intense gaze in that scene...
I loved that moment between them..
I loved ShraMan there..
And I absolutely love how NiMik are portraying ShraMan perfectly... ❤️

wow...👏

Morning guys... see the episode was centred on showing Shravan being cognizant of his love without Sumo being aware of it. But, in trying to do that they did reduce the intensity and worth of Shravan's character. He knows the extent of Sumo's love and knows for a fact that she trusts him implicitly. Now, during this mommy fiasco, he will destroy both Sumo's trust and her love not because he would side with his father. But, because he would refuse to see reason. In the beginning, anger might be fine but if in the coming weeks in spite of being aware of Sumo and her feelings for him he goes ahead and tries to purposefully hurt her... will that not take away the shine from Shravan's character? Now, if he had realized that these contradictory feelings within him is because he loved Sumo without all the melodrama that took place because of terrace scene (the hole party was badly directed), it would have kept both Sumo and SHravan on an even keel. That is he should have come to the conclusion that he was in love by himself, by recollecting past scenes and so on. Now, Shravan is reduced to being as not more than a sidekick and Sumo shall be another of those semi-divine heroines which are in plenty on Indian TV
