How legal is Gopi's marriage? Gopi is not her senses. She does not understand what is going on around her.

She does not feel pain . Does not move by fire. Does not feel anything when sinking in water and dying.

In such a state how can anyone get married? Nobody can "get her "married"" Gopi is not Kokila's property to dispose of as she pleased.

Just because Gopi married Ahem and Ahem died and Kokila is taking care of her does not mean Kokila can marry Gopi off.

I am surprised. at Dr. Krishna who is educated. Must be knowing the law. How can he ask anyone to get Gopi "married" to him?

Such a marriage is not legal. Gopi is not in a position to give her consent.

How much bakwas would they show? This is the limit.
