If we had all thought that the "strong women" quotient of Dahleez ended with Jaya, Suhasini and Swadheenta, we are all mistaken. Enter Padmashree Iyer.
Padmashree will play a very important role in uncovering the Asad and Haider truth. As of now, like everyone else, she believes that the Jilanis are guilty and Swadheenta was so naive that she couldn't see their true face. Padmashree will have a huge hand in proving Asad and Haider either guilty or innocent but nevertheless, she will have a huge role to play. When it comes to having faith in Haider and Asad's innocence, Swadheenta stands alone.
Swadheenta Ramakrishnan is intelligent, smart and righteous and a good lawyer but her biggest fault, she isn't street-smart or should I say CHALU? Being CHALU is definitely not a good thing but in circumstances like these, you need to have an iota of CHALUPANA and that's where Padmashree Iyer steps in. Padmashree will provide that to Swadheenta which will be instrumental in the herculean task ahead of her.
Waiting for these two to work together!
Go Swadheenta and Padmashree!

Absolutely. It would be interesting to see how her character shapes up.

You're right, she's book-smart, but not street-smart. And Paddy is. It should be interesting to see how she converts. At least, there is someone who doesn't go with what the majority of the people are believing. I absolutely despise Swa's parents though, it's like they used the Jilanis, but when time came to return the favor, they turned a blind eye. Glad that Swa didn't take after them. And it makes sense too, for the most part, they didn't raise her. It was the Jilanis who loved her and raised her like she was their own.
