I think this is one of the the qualities I adore the most in him. This guys is so hell caring man!!
In today's episode when he comes to Ramnath's room and sees his dad asleep with his shoes on and that he had taken sleeping pills, how concerned is he. Then he removes Ramnaths shoes and pulls the blanket on him. I think Shravan has always been the same...even in childhood he always cared for Sumo's needs...be it making notes for her or waiting for her anytime. Even though she used to be selectively good to him, he was always the same for her. Also, when he realized that chachi wants him to stay away from his home so that Pushkar can become the head of Malhotra's law firm how easily he decided to leave for London just for the sake of his family. And then when he was not talking to Sumo even then he made a point to know abt her fever from Dr. Arora and made sure she takes the injection. I simply love the fact that how cvs have written this particular thing about his character...often ppl who are too caring or emotional get bullied/misunderstood/taken advantage of. It's sad most of the people in Shravan's life have only used him for their selfish purposes, even somehow his parents. There's his dad who lied to him and made him hate his own mother (and every woman for that matter), to an extent he is scared of relationships And then there is his mom who wants him to stay in this belief that she cheated on his father and she actually gives two hoots about knowing his well-being. She had the time to update her fb statuses but not come to see her own son even once. 🥱 I so hope some day someone really does give Shravan enough love he deserves...And though I have always been a fan who had been biased towards the female lead...here I feel even Sumo needs to do a lot before she can get there. I mean that guy really deserves some unconditional love.

Absolutely! When he said those trashy things about women...I hated him for a few episodes! But as you said...everybody has kind of used him for their own selfish purposes...so it is understandable why he harbors such strong feelings on certain issues! Right now...I just love Shravan's character!

He is caring. There is a lot to love about Shravan. However, I think they are equals now. Whatever misbehave Sumon showed Shravan as a teenager, shravan has also showed that to her as an adult.

Public humiliation, refused to recognize each other, going to prom/ party with someone else.
Certain things she used to say to him like Chashmish superman or every other snark comment she made about him is not unusual between friends.
Lastly, using him for homework or assignments and all, I guess she made up for that already. And she used to return those favors by cooking for him and spending time with him.

I think she made up for about 95% of the things as an adult. Now, not a lot she needs to do anymore.

The way he shouts at her times and becomes indifferent NOW, is something he needs to stop doing.

Just my opinion.

Honestly I feel those few epis Shravan was totally out of character...I mean I wont have minded if they showed him harboring negativity towards marriage or relationships but having such narrow minded generalized approach towards women was something uncalled for specially when he has a female best friend who even he knows is a woman of substance. I wish cvs hadn't showed it but can't help it. So its better to take it as a fault in the vision of the script...otherwise I just love Shravan for what he is as a man and as a person. 😳

I absolutely agree with you dear...Sumo surely has made up for the childhood mistakes she made. She has been super supportive and caring of Shravan off late. But when I say that Sumo isn't there yet I actually dont mean that she is not good enough for him yet...rather I just mean that emotionally she is yet to understand many aspects of Shravan...things like what love is for him and how much relationships mean to him...when she had read his letter he wrote in school she was broken...she could hv never imagined he harbored such deep emotions for her since so long. So basically there is a lot Sumo has to know about his vulnerabilities, his self-doubts, his fear of commitment to actually give him that sort of love. And Im pretty sure the coming track will ensure most of it 😳

Couldn't agree with you more...I had commented several times on this issue...I would be perfectly fine had the CVs shown that he doesn't believe in relationships...which would be completely realistic! But those harsh and regressive words they made Shravan say about women in general was kind of uncharacteristic of him! So it seemed a bit forced! However, I guess they have redeemed his character!
