kiss koi publicly batane ki bat hai kya 😳

24 hours and Swadheenta and Adarsh's lives had turned upside down. Just a day ago, they were both friends, one set to marry a groom of her father's choice, and the other, willing to let her do it. And just 24 hours later, here they were, in each other's arms, holding on like their lives depended on it. As much as they had enjoyed their first kiss with each other, both of them felt more peaceful realizing that it wasn't just the kiss. It was the fact that they shared this feeling, that their feelings were reciprocated, that they were both together, safe. The moment felt special, it felt humbling, it felt perfect, it felt complete. After sharing a long, soulful kiss, they separated, but still sat with their foreheads touching. Swadheenta indicated with her eyes for him to get comfortable on the bed, so she could rest her back against him. He obliged and they sat comfortably with him holding her tight in her arms. No words were spoken, yet they shared so much in those moments.

After a while, Adarsh suggested that they enjoy some of the food he brought. He had also not eaten well the entire day and felt like he could use some good and tasty meal. To mark a sign of their wonderful confession, they started with the jelabi's, feeding it to each other. They then shared the momo's that he had brought, with Swadheenta eating just a little and Adarsh finishing it off. She was still on restricted diet and was forbidden from eating too many solid foods. Once done, they sat talking about their families while drinking some hot filter coffee. Swadheenta was telling him more about her parents -

Hahahhahahhaha. Both of them started laughing at their silly fight. Even their banters had become enjoyable with their confession. As they sat enjoying some casual talk Asad walked in.

Adarsh smiled looking at them and their bond. They had so much fun when they were together. Just like he did with his brothers. Just then, he remembered something Acha Asad, pehle poochne ka chance nahi mila, but yeh accident hua kaise? I mean, jisne hit kiya, usne gaadi tak nahi rokha, haina? Hua kya tha?

Haan bhaiya. Asad took a chair and sat down next to Adarsh. Freedom aapse phone pe baat kar rahi thi, aur mein shop mein khada tha. Toh ek black SUV aayi teezi se, aur Freedom ko maar ke chali gayi. Ek minute. Asad quickly got his phone out. Adarsh's question suddenly reminded him of the video that he was recording at that moment. Mein isko chidane ke liye iska video record kar raha tha. Shaayad mere paas woh video hoga.

Asad quickly checked his phone while Adarsh waited. To his luck, the video was available. He brought the phone close to Adarsh so the both of them could look at it. As the video started playing, Adarsh noticed that Swadheenta had been standing on the pavement, right next to her vehicle. The car came from no where, all of a sudden, hit her, and then drove just as fast. As soon as the car had hit her, the driver got back to driving on the road, instead of continuing on the pavement. His analytical mind told him that the car would have to have deliberately driven on the pavement to hit her. He then remembered the Black SUV that he had found suspicious the morning of the accident. He wondered if this was truly an accident, and felt his blood going cold. Had someone deliberately tried to harm Swadheenta? Although he had to check all the facts in detail, he felt like he knew the answer. He looked at Asad and Swadheenta and decided that he didn't want to worry them at the moment, but he couldn't help worrying about it himself. His gut told him that there was more to the story, and that his intuition that this was no mere accident was true. However, he wanted to be certain of the facts before he caused any unnecessary alarm. He asked Asad if he could transfer the video onto his phone to have it looked at in more detail. He quickly added that he was only doing it to make sure that the person who caused the accident was brought to justice for hit and run was a severe offense. Convinced that there was nothing more to it, Asad agreed for Adarsh to transfer the video.

A nurse came in to check of Swadheenta's vital measurements, and was surprised to see both Asad and Adarsh there. She suggested that it was way past visiting hours, and only one person was allowed to be with the patient. With his new found theory, he was scared to leave Swadheenta and Asad by themselves. He couldn't shake off the fear that someone may be deliberately trying to hurt her, and may try to cause her harm again. When he was contemplating what to do, Swadheenta saw him and assumed that he was reluctant to leave her alone after their confession. She held his hand to bring his attention back, and suggested that he go home and get some much needed rest. Being forced to leave, he hugged Swadheenta and gave her a light kiss on her forehead asking her to rest too. He then went on to hug Asad before leaving. The minute he was out of the room, he called Abhay. He requested for him to have a plain clothes police man stand vigil outside Swadheenta's room. He informed Abhay that he would discuss it in detail at home, but he needed his help. Abhay agreed and immediately made some calls to have someone stand vigil without much notice.

Abhay had found Adarsh's request strange. He knew his brother was in love, and assumed that he was being overly cautious after the accident and could understand it since he had also been scared after the accident. Swadheenta was a lovely girl, it has been painful to see her in the hospital. Knowing what his brother was going through, he indulged his request, but decided to talk to him. Having rested for a bit that afternoon, he found it difficult to sleep. He got out of bed and walked out of his room to get some fresh air. As he stepped out for a walk in the garden, Adarsh's car drove into the parkway. Adarsh had noticed Abhay and was glad that he would be able to talk to Abhay about his intuition right away. He wished Jai bhai could also be there, but it was past 11:00 PM and he didn't think it important to disturb him. He walked towards Abhay who stood waiting for him after parking his car.

Ek officer ko hospital bhej diya hai bhai. Message aa gaya tha uska ki woh wahi pe hai.

Adarsh started narrating all the incidents to Abhay starting with his noting down the number of the Black SUV the morning of the accident. He told him how it was a Black SUV that had hit Swadheenta and how Asad had recorded the video by accident. Adarsh showed the video to Abhay who was in total shock at this sudden possibility. He had to agree with Adarsh that the accident looked deliberate. He was worried.

Lekin bhai, Swadheenta ko kaun maarna chahega? She looks like a simple girl from a simple family. Usne toh aaj tak sirf ek hi case lada hai, aur woh bhi papa ke against. Suddenly Adarsh and Abhay looked at each other in complete disbelief. Abhay quickly added Bhai, mein paapa ko jaanta hu. He can walk down any illegal path to win his way, but hurting someone like this? Mujhe kuch samaj nahi aa raha. I don't want to believe that he is capable of this.

Adarsh and Abhay realized that this was going to be another long and restless night. But they had to get some sleep if there wanted to get any work done the next day at all for they were exhausted. They reluctantly walked towards their rooms to get some much needed rest.
