It was night time and but Sumo sent a text to Sharavan on his cell phone, the time was shown 5:39. Sumo ask sharavan if it is too late in night, I guess in India 539 is night time and pass the bed times.

In June 1st epi too there were bloopers regarding time, only noticeable cz of the cell phone screens not being blurred or something...

I think cz they shot until early morning that's why the times were 20:28 on Sumo's cell when she sent Shravan/Shivam that text while it was 6:01 on Shravan's cell when he received it...later when Sumo read her own text it was May 30, Mon but when Shravan checked 3 missed calls from Sumo, it was 4:38 or something on May 31, Tue 😲...overnight shoot, bechaare EDKV cast and crew ...anyway, they know that their fans understand their hectic schedules. Editing issues must be cz of tight deadlines to hand in episodes...We love you EDKV! 🤗

Yes big time blooper! Dropping the ball continuity department! Even I noticed 5.39 and thought how can that be "ithani raath?"

In yesterday show, on cell phone the message time was 4:18, and they pretended that I was very late at night. If the time was 4:18 pm, then why it is so late in India. But if the time is 4:18am, then why a lady is coming home so late and everyone in the household is up.

These are harmless bloopers
Also Namik-Nikita and the whole crew's working 17118 hours for our entertainment... I am sure we can ignore such bloopers :)
