Her sweet side was portrayed the best after the whole incident with the injection and proponyl. She explained it the best when she said she had to be strict so that her interns don't make mistakes, but she cares for them and their success.
It was sweet of her to check on Sapna and give her a little support, but that's how she is! And like everyone else said, her character is the most realistic in that she is strict because of her profession but she's not like that as a person.
