no, she never truly loves DS, she just likes him , admire him , respect him and after the marriage allegation , she accepted him...she never realise anything , she had no barriers to her feelings back then and then maybe she just jump to the conclusion that she loves him..just like with diwaker case but now she is taking time( much time) to clearify her feelings

.i dont understand why dhruv SIR...SIR.?..i always find it wierd , why sir...why thapki calls him sir, he is not her boss now...he is elder brother of bihaan so just like she calls ashwin and sanjay with "bhaiya"...why not dhruv...she should call him bhaiya..😉
