I have read quite a few fanfictions on IF for many popular jodis but there are very few for SaGa. So hence I decided to try my hand at writing an OS about scenes that I would have liked to be enacted on SaGa. This OS happens during the initial days after leap when Sagar was still unaware about Gangaa's love for him. Hope you enjoy it!! đ đ
Jhanvi was watching Gangaa intently for quite a while now. All of the ladies were sitting in the courtyard inside the house. Ammaji, Madhvi & Prabha were discussing about some puja & rituals as usual while Jhanvi was sitting with her IPad in hand. But all of her attention was as usual on what Gangaa was doing. Gangaa was cleaning her bicycle with great concentration. She had been at it for a long time now. Jhanvi looked at the bicycle carefully. It was not brand new but it was very well maintained.
Jhanvi laughed quietly in her mind. " Ha! Wow. Poor Gangaa. Lagta hai yeh cycle tumhare liye kaafi important hai. Tum jis tarah iska khayal rakhti ho air kabhi bhi kisiko bhi use choone bhi nahi deti, shayad tumhare liye yeh bohut kimti hai. Par is ghar ki har cheez par sirf mera haq honewala hai bahut jald jab Sagar mera ho jayega.So abhi se hi kyon na mai tumhe is baat ka demo doon!!"
" Gangaa", Jhanvi called out. " Mujhe tumhari cycle per ek round lene do na. Bachpan ke baad aaj pehli baar mera bahot mann kar raha hai cycle chalane ka. Please mujhe thodi der me liye cycle de do!!" Jhanvi ordered with a sly smile. Gangaa's body tensed. She looked at jhanvi & said, " Arre Jhanvi rehne do na. Tumhe kya jaroorat hai cycle chalane ki. Waise bhi tumne bachpan me baad kabhi cycle chalayi nahin hai. Tumhe girkar chot lag sakti hai." Seeing Gangaa's reluctance Jhanvi dug in her heels & insisted " Arrey mujhe kuch nahi hogs. Lao mujhe cycle de do."
'Tumhe to kuch nahi hoga par agar cycle ko kuch hua to Sagar ki bohat daanti padegi', thought Gangaa in her mind. Madhvi & Prabha who were watching the exchange chimed in. "Gangaa agar uska itna hi mann hai to de dona use" said Madhvi. " Ha didi, waise bhi jhanvi thode hi use chura le jayegi. Tu usey apni cycle Dede. Dekh WO Sagar ki khaas dost hai. Agar tu mana karegi to shayad Sagar ko bura lag jaye", said Prabha mami. Gangaa looked at jhanvi who was smiling very sweetly at her with puppy dog eyes. Jhanvi knew that Gangaa wouldn't refuse now & that's what happened. "Thik hai chala lo par yahi andar hi chalana.Aur dhyaan we chalana. Cycle ko kuch nahin hona chahiye!", said a reluctant Gangaa.
Jhanvi ran gleefully towards the cycle & took it from Gangaa" Ha baba kuch nahi hoga cycle ko. Chalo side hato." Jhanvi started riding the cycle while Gangaa stood tensed at the corner. She was looking again & again towards Sagar's room where Sagar, Pulkit & Sahil were. She hoped that Sagar would not come down as she knew that Sagar would get angry at her if he saw Jhanvi riding her bicycle. This bicycle was a gift from Sagar who had sent it to her on her 16th birthday. Sagar had known that Gangaa needed a new cycle. So on her 16th birthday he had this cycle delivered to her while he was in final year at Dehradun school.
Jhanvi looked at Gangaa who was looking towards Sagar's room & thought ' ise kya lagta hai, ki Sagar aake iski cycle ko ise wapis dilwa dega..Ha!! Paagal ladki ise to aaj main dikha me rahungi ki Sagar ke liye main isse jyada important hoon.' Jhanvi deliberately went & collided the cycle with the courtyard wall. Watching this all the ladies shouted in worry & gathered around Jhanvi & the damaged cycle. "Jhanvi, tum thik to hona?" enquired a frantic Madhvi & Ammaji. " Kaha tha humne ki cycle mat chalao. Dekha abhi khud bhi gir gayi aur hamari cycle ka bhi nuksaan ho gaya.", scolded Gangaa. Hearing all the commotion all the guys came running downstairs. Sahil & Sagar went towards Jhanvi. " Arey yeh kya hua? Jhanvi tum cycle kyu chala rahi thi? " shouted Sagar.
Jhanvi felt glad that Sagar was showing concern for her in front of Gangaa & said in a low voice, " Ha vo main cycle chalana chahati this so maine Gangaa se cycle le ki. But u don't worry. Main bilkul thik hoon." Sagar looked at Gangaa who was close to tears looking at her cycle. He angrily moved towards Gangaa & jhanvi smiled thinking that Sagar will scold Gangaa for getting her hurt.
"Tune Jhanvi ko apni cycle kyu di?!,shouted an angry Sagar." Tu jaanti hain na yeh cycle maine tujhe tere birthday pe gift ki thi wo bhi mere khudke kamaye hue paison se taki tu cycle accept kar le. Uske liye maine classes ke baad apni juniors ki tuition ki taki main tere liye cycle kharid sakoon. Woh sirf tere liye thi . To tune Jhanvi ko kyun di . Ab dekh khud to rahi hai". Gangaa started crying & said" Maine mana kiya tha par jhanvi to zidd kar rahi thi aur phir bahuji be bhi hamse use cycle dene ko kaha..."
Sagar turned to Jhanvi & shouted at her, " Jab Gangaa be mana kar diya tha to zidd karne ki kya zaroorat thi. Mujhe bilkul accha nahi lagta agar koi bhi Gangaa se uski koi cheez lele. Aur khaas kar ki wo cheez Jo maine use do ho." Jhanvi was stunned at Sagar's angry outburst at her. She couldn't believe that instead of worrying about her & scolding Gangaa, he was shouting at her.
Sagar turned to Madhvi & said " Aap to janti hai na ki mujhe bilkul pasand nahi ki koi Gangaa ke saath kisi bhi tarah ki zabardasti kare. To jab Gangaa mana kar rahi thi to Jhanvi ko cycle dene ke liye kehne ki kya zaroorat thi!!!" Sagar went to the bicycle & picked it up & said to Gangaa softly" Chal ab rona band karde. Abhi jaake teri cycle think karwate hai. Aur a age se yaad rakhna mera koi bhi gift tu kabhi kisi ke saath share nahin karegi. Woh sirf there liye hai. Samjhi tu." He went to Gangaa, held her hand & took her towards his room leaving a stunned & hurt Jhanvi behind. Every lady looked at SaGa leaving with worried face. In this atmosphere Prabha mami chimed in " Baap re Jhanvi . Agli baar Gangaa se koi bhi cheez lene we pehle check kar lena ki Sagar ne tho Woh nahi di. Kyunki Sagar ki do hui cheezo par sirf Gangaa ka haq hai. Woh sirf uske liye hi hain!!"
