I'm tired of saying what a lovely post Zoya 😆 😆 But what a lovely post once again! 👏 👏

Raman

This man RKB has been rude, crass, inhuman, obnoxious to this woman Ishita. Yet two Ishita-esque moments, and all the anger that he has been throwing all around starts to melt.

One - when she gives her daughter up, for her daughter's sake
Two - when she gives him a reaction (albeit a fake one crafted by Alia 😆)

The stand that he has maintained of her being a selfish, heartless woman, unfit to be a mother, of a dark omen on his kids' lives - It wavers away in the light of her giving up the selfishness and her heart, and her brining their daughter back to him. If yesterday she proved she still was the Jhansi ki Rani who would fight for her child if the need arises, yet was also the same Ishima who won his hearts years ago, today she gave him back another avatar of hers that he adores - the quintessential madrassan fighter.

The biggest visible change? Not thanking Abhimanyu, not remembering all the moments they spent together, but calling her "TU" and not tum, as he has been doing so ever since he saw her. Personally, I hate tu-tadak 😆 but for these two idiots, it is the biggest sign of endearment there ever has been. It is a mark of belongingness. By using "tu" for the woman he loves to hate and hates to love, he branded her as his own once again. By mocking her for her rasam-sambar, he brought her into his own heart's periphery once again. Not that she had gone anywhere from his heart, but it needed some daru and shaadi jhatka and return of the Ishima yesterday to knock some sense into him.

Ishita

She wanted to change him. She also wanted to be with her daughter. It was not until her daughter asked her to stay away and leave her with her dad alone, did she take the decision of forever giving them up.

He has been hurling abuses after abuses, never before did she decide to go back. But his tears for their daughter yesterday, his restlessness and love for the child that was born out of their love, her child's rejection, built her steel wall back up.

But how can Ishita not do anything when Ashok Khanna plans to trouble Raman? And how can madrassan not react when raavan kumar acts up?

So she went to help. He crawled under her skin. It did not take her one moment to become the Ishita who comes alive only in his presence, only on his words. With everyone else, she's the strong, yet empty woman. With Raman, and her Raman, not this jerk that was roaming around until now, she's just full of life and she doesn't even realize that. During the airport confession, she had told him that she didn't know she could be so stubborn until she met him. And now, after all these years, she had completely forgotten what it was to be that Ishita again who has no inhibitions.

His jest (not insult) and she's back.

KP-DT are top-notch, and I can say that a hundred times and some. You could just keep watching them together and never get bored

Though I really do appreciate the light heartedness of it all, I hope they do give the entire leap stupidity some meaning, by letting these two talk it all out, maturely, and gracefully. Otherwise, it's not even funny 😔

And in trying to frame a decent reply, I have ended up writing an essay 😆

He is constantly mocking at her...understanding and feeling her pain to dur ki baat hai

Hi Arooshi (lovely name by the way)😊

In this serial format, the male lead after his behaviour like this always gets his punishment.
And Raman will. It's already started. Ishita according to Alia is moving on. And it's killing him

He will continue to see that she is moving further and further away from him, and I think this is where he will repent for everything he has done. He will realise everything he has made her feel. I think Raman is going to suffer a lot, and Raman himself will think he deserves all the pain. I half think he'll go as far as welcoming it with open arms now that he's been trapped into a marriage promise by Shagun. His repentance and understanding of her pain will come when he sees that's all he now has to look forward to, and it was all his very own doing.

Thanks for bringing some debate to the thread p, you may find you continue to disagree with me, because I will always try and be positive. Just the kind of person I am😊

You said it all. And as always, ever so elegantly. To try and match your standard would mean me embarrassing myself😆

I agree with each and every word of yours, simply brilliant write up. I love it when you post. Don't say away😳

Ps if I disagreed I'd let you know, which I think is the ultimate sign of respect. But you just put your thoughts in writing so well

@bold - That would be a lie 😳 Your posts are lovely 😳 Not just for the sheer optimism and analysis you display, but also the words you choose and the flow you create 😊

I try to stay away as a rule of thumb 😆 It's only some episodes that bring back the urge to convert thoughts into words 😛 And also, your posts 😳

And to your PS, I feel honored 😳 Thank you so much 😳

Nice post . Very well written. But what to do , I can not let go of all the ugliest , meanest things he said to Ishita ... he is not the same to me . In today's episode I enjoyed KP's one liners , Raman Sahab has a long way to rectify his mistakes , and that too IF he realises it . Ishita has realised , haven't heard his side yet , looking forward to eagerly but don't trust cv's to show his side as they never bother with ML and his side of the story .

I do think he is going to be made to suffer a lot in the next phase of the story. That's not to say two wrongs make a right, but I'm sure it's going to dawn on him just what he did, and I think his own guit is going to eat him alive,

I don't think there was ever a question of Raman not suffering more in the next part of this track - they made him cruel so it was hard to see his hurt & guilt over the last 7 years and 2 months...but they also built up the ammo got the degree he is to suffer and emotionally struggle.

It's just the first part of the track you saw less of his emotions - so many will this this start of a jealous induced guilt is the first introspection he has had...but the reality is, he has expressed guilt and grief from early on post-leap. It's just now his suffering becomes double the divine karmic retribution.

However like with Ishita's suffering early on - this hurt won't be just limited to Raman...in fact both will continue to burn in the flames of their actions

Ah Krishy, as Concise, articulate and elegant as ever. And correct. You're always right I've seen😆j

Ps, I asked a while ago but you were busy- regarding episodes for my bank, so I can binge watch rather than search everywhere for links when it comes to reunion time? If you aren't busy now, let me know pretty please with a cherry on top.😳

Is there a chance your way is compatible with iPad?

Hi Zoya .. Wonderful post ... I hope the Cvs follow the path and don't turn this into another unnecessary drama... Your insight and positivity is such a refreshing change and I look forward to reading your posts ...
I'm getting ready for a trip and can't open a post today ... But I had made collages from the episode which was so IshRa centric and laced with ishralicious moments... I loved Raman's shock and his reminiscing through the moments of his time with Ishita ... And then the little jallu Puttar and about to be Talli Biwi scenes .. They were on equal footing .. Bickering through their interaction .. One upset as apparently she's getting hitched to her best friend abd she came to ensure his drinking doesn't let his arch enemy exploit him.. Two different flavors of their love for each other. The bickering Bhallas.. The best way they communicate between themselves ...

Collages:

'Ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation'
~Khalil Gibran
