Hey Guys I know this program Yoga for You that comes on tv in the mornings on zee tv. I have been trying to get their email address for a long time and usually they announce it on tv but they havent done that lately.

If any of you have their email pleaseeeeeeeee reply asap!!! Email/phone whatever...

you can refer books also if u want or else watch other chanells like sanskar,aastha etc..

well u can easily find a yoga instructor in ur area n he/she can teach u how to do it
in india..i guess therez a show on star news (the news channel) at around 6:30 in the morning teaching yoga regularly😊u can watch that too
