This post is about the ideology of man/boys.What exactly they mean, when they say something. They don't have this thing like us girls to say something else and mean entirely something else.(Although i am also a girl😆)Boys are complicated in their own ways
When a boy says "you are my best friend" to a girl
He means that he share everything and anything with you and you can be his future love.
When a boy says "He can't have you angry with him"
It means you matter him a lot, he might have some kind of platonic feelings for u.
When a boy asks you what should he wear or what would look good on him
It doesn't mean that he want to look good for everyone but it means he wants to be good for you.Your choice is his choice.
When a boy says he doesn't like you or in dev's case doesn't want to marry you
Then he really don't like you and doesn't want to marry you.and might have a potential love interest in his life.
