HAHK is a bigger hit if we look at the numbers.

But DDLJ is more iconic cos it's still a love story that people can enjoy, of this generation...

HAHK was more of a family entertainer. DDLJ is more popular online but overall HAHK was a bigger success with most number of footfalls in Bollywood.

They're both different kind of successful.

HAHK is a trendsetter. Inspired many filmmakers to make films on same lines.

Even overseas - HAHK did better as well as in India. First ATBB overseas. Highest grosser of the century.

DDLJ is more popular online today. HAHK still popular all over Indian weddings to even wedding overseas... Both were iconic. HAHK is much more successful though

HAHK is bigger hit, as far as I know hit means BO collection right??

But there is no doubt DDLJ is more iconic and is more famous in pop culture.

Although just like every SRK-Sallu comparison thread, we will see stupid posts from both side of famdom.
