I think a perfect song for Sona right now is "Iktara" from Wake Up Sid.

It's wistful about all the doubts surrounding love but not explicitly sad, which I think perfectly captures the stage that Sona is at in her love story. 😊

The song Baarish from the movie Yaariyan will be apt according to me... But its in the male voice... It'll suit Sona's current situation according to me.😊
