Cvs never did do justice to Ishita's emotions like they do with Raman/Shagun and even other characters. So we get to know Raman and understand him a lot more. If he thinks Ishita staged suicide, and left them to live with mani happily, then he never knew Ishita. Blind rage at someone whom he claimed knows her thought process by reading her eyes..this is destructive. He does not even have a moment intropsection about the words that caused the damage..DT does a very good job even with a poor script which does not highlite her turmoil..but is very hard for the viewers, as she is happily talking about Ruhi and smiling as if she is recalling some fond memories with no sadness..It is understandable that Ruhi is mad..Ishita is dead inside but trying her best to get on with this life which she herself considers a punishment. She does not want to get back to Raman..and has given up in my opinion. Don't know where the Cvs are going with this but they will not do justice to Ruhi's torture, nor Ishita/Raman's emotional breakdown.

Ishita I feel doesn't want to be back with Raman as she still is reeling from his words.. Believes that's she's going to bring doom to her kids' lives again by being back in their lives.. So she tries to stay away from him and them.. But she's a mother and also in love with him .. So her 'aloofness' is showing signs of chipping away as her stoic facade of being unperturbed by Raman is also peeling off( her body language after Ranan announces marriage with Shagun, her subsequent crying on the bench, the moments during the dance and the reaction to Raman's allergic reaction ... Also scolding him for slapping Adi) .. That's the Ishita we have known ...

I feel the Cvs have slowed down dealing with the protagonists in depth either for dramatic TRP purposes... Or they just don't care that much
