The bigger ones are always those who chose to stay and sort out diffeences, isnt it easy to find thousand reasons to part ways but it is tough to get a single reason to stay back. Had ksg stayed back and sorted out the problems, it would have been better... Remember when some organ malfunctions, it is tried to be cured first, if nothing helps then it is replaced... But alas!!
