So even in segments ruhi was saying shagun mamma and papa marriage and she didn't want Ishita to spoil it. She still hasn't put the info she got that Ishita is not married to Mani and she believes that Ruhi is dead and all. So at what point both Raman and Ruhi realize their love for Ishita and her love for them.
