Ishq cvs have tried different audiences at different times for d sake of trp.
First I guess d target audience were those who wanted a message in d story,some impossible love winning against all stroms..then suddenly they focused on romance, here target audience became those who want d leads to engage in hot romantic scenes ...as it never worked now their target audience is d trp aunties who consider themselves as abla bahus, imagining themselves as d poor dhani beaten up by d cruel saas.whoever their target audience r, it still entertains everyone cz it has now message, romance and trp villains with added suspense..
interesting comment you give... yes a show has to be a mixed bag.. but have to say saas bhu dosent interest me either..

In this particular episode I was struck by the differences in these two characters . Viplav & Dhani . We've often talk about how similar they are and the love that binds them but their basic fabric is so different , especially todays on the theme of "reseilemcy " . Both are immature and get played by others because of their transparent and loving nature , ts the tough times when both deviate.

Viplav

When hit by a situation Viplav with his impulsive nature takes the high road , which is correct , but without much thought to its consequence. Latest , Asking PC to take over the gold for the Sita Mandir. Did he consult with anyone ? Nope ..made the decision and went his way .

Very gullible to outside influences . Before Kanak and now Kamini thinking them to be well wishers.

Very reactive and emotional specially when it comes to the ones he loves. Of course he defends Dhani like mad and so it is not a surprise if anyone raises a finger at his dadaji . He refuses to hear and reason. Just reacts in anger .

Dhani

Hit by a situation that is troubling Dhani immediately wishes to set it right . She too does not think it thru as her only wish is to take away the pain . Latest point in case when Kamini baits her about the feeling a lawyer goes thru when loosing a case Dhani yet again wants o rectify the problem and uses her limited knowledge to set it right .

Very gullible too and uses her own righteous thinking as her guide and influence . Mentioning to Kanak - If dadaji is innocent ...Needs to learn everything is not black & white.

- Goes in a state of freeze and unable to hit back when attacked.

This contrast and their latest miscommunication ( which is so fabricated by the cvs ) is the reason why they are where they are today . Two individuals with best of intentions for each other and others pitted against each other .

Love stories are not about a brief period of courting , marriage and honeymoon. Its a long long journey of trust, faith , respect , communication . Its the Ishq that is enduring and RESILIANT against all forces. Are Viplav & Dhani there yet .

Hammie . A better second half than the first . Was disgusted with the first half with Kanak force feeding Dhani. Its a shame that the writers resort to such a thing. Its about human dignity and treating a bhau like a dog is not my idea of getting trps or applauses. Its is down right repulsive.

Viplav angry at his wife was totally justified. Dhani needs to know what she is missing. I liked that scene a lot.

A new track starting , without last ones closed , or are they ...with an anonymous phone call.

Lets see where this goes.

.loved your take...as usual very well written...I loved the way dhani did what was essential at the time when she had to take quick action...it did invloved risk but finally she came to know the story behind DT and the stolen goods.

Now with even viplav is to behave in such a rough manner with whom will she share her worries with...she has indeed become a Cinderella as you mentioned...he doesn't have a min to spare kya over the phone. May be dhani is the one to find out evrything about DT, KT and their karname along with km...thank you for the update your takes are so much better than the episodes...feel like skipping the witches part😃
in yeterday's episode she does tell him she phoned about going to asthana... but he said he was busy.
