If you notice in the pics.. Adi and Aliya are wearing same outfit as the ones where they are helping Ishita move -in ...

So my theory .. Puttar knows Ishita is moving in at the moment ... In the same building as him... So got a bit distracted ... You Know he has to find daily ways of convincing her and himself how much he 'hates' her 😛
