Actually UV did get married to Twinks by dokha. Twinkle doesn't accept her as her husband and continues to accept Kunj only as her husband. Uv plans to do ring ceremony with Twinkle but it goes flop as Kunj keeps the ring on Twinkle. They have mehendi but that also goes flop. Uv wants to do SR with Twinkle but that also goes flop as Kunj saves her. Twinkle gets Uv beaten in public with Chappal. Uv gets angry. Twinj go on a romantic date (by romantic I mean really romantic) then Uv comes there n tries to light the place on fire n makes Kunj behosh. Uv wanted to die with Twinks so that they have perfect love story like Romeo n Juliet. He lights the place then Twinkle screams. Kunj gets concious and goes n saves her n they were about to leave. But Twinkle said to save Uv also. Kunj is initially reluctant but then they save him also. Uv feels bad for what he did to Twinks so he says sorry to her n becomes good. He save Twinkle from Anita. Uv gives Twinj divorce papers back n Twinj get remarried. Kunj doesn't believe that Uv has become good but Twinkle feels that he really changed. So misunderstanding starts n there is gonna be a leap soon.
