Episode 17 (Better late than never 😛)

The episode began with the accidental kiss between Manik and Nandini. (Thank you, Harshad, yet again for being the absolute best MaNan shipper :P)

For a kiss which happened by accident, Manik and Nandini seemed quite immersed in each other's eyes, only choosing to abandon each other when the realisation of what had happened sunk in completely.

Honestly, a first kiss is supposed to be special. And even though, it was with Manik, I felt a little bad for Nandini. To have that deep a memory tainted.

I did not understand the tantrum Alya kicked up. 'You kissed her.' Umm. It was an accident. And she called that a kiss? I'm pretty sure, Alya knows what a real Manik kiss is, so that fuss seemed so stupid.

But that scene with Harshad, establishing her insecurities, her fear, it was quite nicely done. Even though Harshad is a D-bag most of the times, I have always felt that he was a good brother to Alya. Not Navya, not Mukti but Alya is the one character he truly cares about.

Coming to the fact that Manik really sucked in this episode. Not just for his truly monstrous side (with that disgusting soup. EW.) but also because he picked Nandini over Alya twice in this episode. He was her boyfriend then, however lousy his feelings for Alya might have been, he owed it to her to stand up for her. But he didn't. Instead he chose his vendetta with Nandini over his relationship with Alya. No wonder Alya went completely crazy later. Manik wasn't fair to her.

Coming to the closing shot of MaNan under the falling petals (SO BOLLYWOODY!) To someone who hated Nandini that much (or at least claimed to), Manik sure wasn't hurrying away from the completely mushy setting.

MVP: Cabir :P Just for the look he gave Manik and Nandini when they were on the floor, lost in each other's eyes.

MAP (A for Annoying): Errm, between Manik and Navya. Navya for being so full of Harshad ji. But I'll pick Manik. For generally being a bad boyfriend to Alya, when she didn't deserve it.

P.S. What is the ship name for Manik and Dhruv? DhruMan? Total bromance happening. Also, I just burst out laughing, every time either says 'Buddy'.

ManRuv is their ship name. I know buddy makes me laugh as well.

LOL this episode is hilarious, I love the accidental kiss especially the fall. 🤣 I freaking love the shot of Cabir coming in and then bending down and looking at MaNan. Both their eyes are popping lol especially Maniks.

This is what changed everything, he started getting confused about his feelings, he also starts wearing sunglasses I think in this episode after the kiss. LOL also he says he'd rather take the punch over that yucky kiss lmao, karma works in a funny way lol it took him so long to get a kiss. Yup he totally ignored Alya but as soon as Nandini enters his attention shifts to her. That soup was disgusting, I think they even squirted hand sanitizer in it.

The boy was going through a whole bowl of emotions, she really affects him and she also doesn't seem to get affected by him.

The rose thing was funny.
