Riya Mata Ki Jai !!!

The latest episode was hilarious and not for the right reasons! Well it FINALLY happened as we all predicted it would, Shivam the dumba** finally got himself behind bars due to his anger problem. And still this idiot cant put two and two together and think about what Riya had told him countless times, that his anger would get him in deep trouble. Who takes a swing at a police officer? lmao what? This shivam- what is there to say about him anymore?? He toots on and on about protecting his dads feelings and reputation and instead of actually contributing to the solution, he loses it and gets himself locked up only for his dad to end up being forced to beg the officer to release him. Raghav's children are a testament to his methods of raising them- I cant help but say he really did bring it on himself by fobbing them off on his psycho mother. Khushia is ok wife material if you want a house slave that cant think for itself, but mother material uh uh. She has contributed to the shortcomings of her children more than anyone I think- at least Raghav might have paid more attention to his wife if she was strong enough to put her children first and make her case- even risking shanti's wrath. But she has always favoured shanti above her children and her husband too in all honesty. If raghav knew half the truth of it all, I doubt things would have devolved so quickly and maybe- just maybe- he would have newfound respect for his wife's need to put her children first. I would hope so anyway. But I think khushia will worship her MIL right to the end of this serial tbh. I mean she forgave sarla for the whole cancer thing. Shes allowed shanti to do so much to her children, believing her justified. So Im pretty sure that even if or when the truth of shanti comes out- she will probably be hurt for a while, but then all will be forgiven once shanti begs for forgiveness or something. If khushia forsakes her and shocks the viewers- then all logic will have finally dived off a cliff. If khushia can take all this crap from her mil and sil, I don't see why she wouldn't forgive them the rest of it in the end.

As for Riya- if someone had seen my face as I was watching that scene they would have been in fits. I was both freaked out and trying not to laugh at the totally bizarre way she started going all amazon woman on Preeti's mil! Wth was that about?? In the back of my mind I was thinking, shouldn't khushia be the one defending her own daughter and standing by her side?? But of course that was silly of me I realised, Khushia would never protect her daughters, I forgot. But Riya...what WAS that? And the whole sickle thing. LOL! She was actually shaking with rage. And then she threatens to slit her own throat- Im thinking why the hell would a bunch of strangers you've never met before give a crap if you kill yourself?? That is really not good leverage Riya- you're not that special. And you're right- where was all this energy and passion when her own life and marriage was being attacked? And right again- even though in reality I abhor violence- I kind of wished that Preeti had got a good slap once and for all. She has been such a bitter miserable cow to everyone around her without willing to improve her own condition by her own merits and she needs to be brought down a few pegs- she needs to realise that Nandu might be someone SHE considers a poor pathetic fool- but even in his own "sphere" he is not considered as hopeless a case as she is. And she has brought it all on herself all whilst blaming others- its time she got a dose of reality and ate some humble pie. I was all for her getting angry and enraged with her situation at first- but only as long as it propelled her to improve her life and do something for herself. But instead she is just bitter and angry and doing nothing about it, expecting the world to sit and feel sorry with her.
