I would honestly recommend reading the past few analyses to understand the gibberish I am about to be posting:
Today's episode has literally started out the battle between Kunj and Yuvraj. Shots have been fired and attacks on each other have begun. We're at the last and most brutal test of Kunj which he is going to be fighting without Twinkle's protection and on his own terms for the woman he loves in order to be worthy of his own eyes as well as Twinkle's eyes, of his love for Twinkle.
Kunj's reaction to everything is amazing and really well portrayed however his way of expressing is not the best. His intentions are good at core but his strained communication with Twinkle along with build up anger and disappointment since past weeks is leading for him to burst in the most unusual way possible there could be. Kunj is a person who suppresses emotions and not even his mother has been able to lead him towards letting those suppressed emotions out. The only person who has been truly able to make Kunj feel good about himself, his emotions and show him that he is worthy of exceptional love and affection has been Twinkle; and Twinkle's this ability surfaced since early days of their marriage (when she tried to console him after the honeymoon that he isn't at fault with the outcome Yuvraj was facing.)
The episode started off with Yuvraj being confronted b Anand and Pinni. I have previously explained the significance of Anand's character. The three families in this story are all financially well-off and known families. Anand and Cherry are immediate head of households after there fathers, specially financially and the one with the financial control leads the way.
The reason Anita married Surjeet was because the Sarna wealth had been acquired by Surjeet just as Manohar started losing his personal position in Amritsar. Anita's position in the Sarna household is only strong as long as she has Surjeet by her side. Being tied personally and professionally, Luthras entered into the battle field very strong however the lack of righteousness an fairness in their attacks is going to dwindle the mother-son duo. Anand's questioning Yuvraj about the flower arrangements and warning him signified how Anand and Manohar wouldn't take it very lightly about Kunj's sorrow and grief. Although the brother's haven't been shown to share much of a relationship, it had been obvious by the way Kunj talks about his family that besides his father, he had been incredibly close to the rest of the family members. > I had mentioned in EP 211/212 specifically that the attack of tainting of Kunj and Twinkle's marriage has been more heavy on Sarnas too this time as it is not only Kunj who is going through the most brutal test but the entire Sarna family can either come together in this real or break apart with such a strong force that nothing can bond this family back together ever. Also since the marriage was held inside the Sarna house since Twinkle has become a daughter of the house through all means, the participation of the members of Sarna household in this war which has been imminent, became permanent. The Sarnas have learned about the attacks waged on Kunj through Twinkle and they are no longer going to sit quietly through.
Anand exclaims to Yuvraj that there are way too many flowers in the house that there is no room left to breathe. His statement was reflection of Yuvraj's changed behavior that has become so much intense and persuasive that there is no room left for understanding. Yuvraj being the one to organize this wedding and handling the arrangements everywhere besides the area where the mandap is placed signified how he is still trying to show and make an appearance. Th only difference is that this time, Yuvraj is going through a little tilted pathway. He is competing to show Twinkle and Kunj that he is willing to commit a sacrificing act. In Yuvraj's mind at this point, his sacrificial act will be a proof and concrete evidence in eyes of the world and Twinkle, that his junoon is rooted in his love for Twinkle except that it isn't. His way of thinking is wrong. What Yuvraj is throwing himself after, is not love but obsession.
Pinni Mami stands besides Anand. Pinni and Raman have been the family for Twinkle that she never had so the mergence of these two individuals symbolized how the Sarnas and Tanejas have come together and united in their mentality and their thoughts against the Luthras in an active war.
Yuvraj's expression at when Pinni retaliates Yuvraj's stammering explanations is worth noting. Yuvraj's changed behavior is for one person only that is Twinkle. While he does ask for forgiveness, there is an urgency to walk away in his tone and in his body language. The subtlety in Yuvraj's actions counts more then his words.
Leela and Twinkle's reaction to the apology was apt. Yuvraj's 360 degree turn in outward behavior has been very shocking and him not reacting rashly to any of the taunts he has been on receiving end of since his return from the hospital, has been highly suspicious however the constant apologies and not wrecking havoc in anyone's life for the past 24 hours is also a big improvement that can allow the families to take a breath of relief. Twinkle's conflicting reaction voiced out to Leela also provided an insight to Leela over here Twinkle stands in this whole ordeal.
Kunj stands in his room choosing from different colors of Sherwanis. There are three colors lined on the bed and a different color in his hand. Green symbolizes growth, harmony and peace. Maroon/Rust color is a combination of red and brown that symbolizes the grounded and humbleness of Kunj's personality. It also stands out from being closer to the earth, being compassionate and providing and receiving stability along with the fieriness of love and anger. The other color was purple but it was hidden beneath the two sherwanis. Purple and Blue are the colors that are used in providing a stable background for Kunj and Twinkle. The color hidden behind green and maroon/rust signified how emotions of moving forward and of love are overpowering the stability that is required in Kunj and Twinkle's relationship right now.
Kunj chooses cream/white because that is what Twinkle lies him the most in. The color in it's core symbolizes purity and for Twinkle, Kunj is the person who is the only person she can truly give her heart, mind and body too. She sees Kunj as the only person who can now impact her life with a driving force. Kunj choosing Twinkle's favorite color signified him shedding layers of protection that Twinkle had been providing him with his own steps that are for walking towards Twinkle. Him looking into the mirror with the sherwani in his hand signified him being completly aware of his emerging feelings and conflicting swirl of emotions inside him.
Kunj Sarna is very angry. He is very mad. He is very very sad and he requires his wife's validation in the most vocal form because the path to avenge justice for the hurt and pain Twinkle had to go through is rocky without her support backing him. In his anger Kunj is letting his love for Twinkle slide underneath the anger at Yuvraj and this reflection on his own suppressed emotions is going to be the most costly
Kunj's reflection was shared by an intrusion with Yuvraj while he is getting ready to take steps towards Twinkle. Yuvraj doesn't look at himself but at Kunj throughout while Kunj stares at himself. Yuvraj also picks up the maroon/rust color sherwani which symbolizes and literally yells how he is trying to embody Kunj's personality on his own and trying to copy everything that Kunj is. Kunj's expression of disgust at Yuvraj's intervention signified how Kunj is seeing through the "junoon" that is driving Yuvraj. The whole scene was a depiction of Kunj seeing through the facade of Yuvraj and making sure that Yuvraj realizes that Twinkle is 'his' despite his constant need to win over Twinkle.
Shoes are symbolic of power, authority and humility. Yuvraj chooses to clean the shoes of Kunj by his own choice. The action symbolized how Yuvraj's continued obsession with Twinkle and Twinkle's dismissiveness towards Yuvraj's feelings would be brought to light to Kunj by Yuvraj himself. Yuvraj cleaning the shoes signified him unintentionally once again turning into a cupid for Kunj and Twinkle.
Kunj meanwhile decides to call Twinkle into the room and flirts. The move by Kunj was to use Yuvi's pawn against himself and for a moment, the way Yuvi stood up but then his expressions shifted to that of granting both the privacy, the change being very subtle and quick. While Kunj picked up instantly on the suspicious behavior, Twinkle felt reassured that her happy endings can finally begin as Yuvi has chosen to step aside for once and for all. The move by Kunj while held good intentions, was not a proper move and the reason being is that Kunj has kept his emotions and feelings suppressed since the day he reached a little too late and was unable to safe Twinkle from Yuvraj marrying her instead of him. There is a swirl of guilt, regret, misplaced anger and possessiveness that has filled Kunj. Attempts at initiating physical relationship has been made in front of his very two eyes by Yuvraj and throughout the whole ordeal, Twinkle had asked Kunj to ignore and go along with her decision however since his acceptance of the cricket match, things have tensed up between Kunj and twinkle since their pathways and perspectives have split.
Can I just add on in middle of this very serious post that I was dying at the KUVI intensity between Yuvraj and Kunj! SO MANY FEELS OMG. Also Kunj's disgusted expressions towards Yuvraj at every instance were literally killing me so much! I lo. ve me a mad and angry Kunj!
The wedding ceremony was obviously very much important. Kunj walks down with his brother signifying the support of his family he will be getting in the upcoming trials. Twinkle walked down with her mother from the same stair case signifying that she is a Sarna daughter and bahu however the pillar of her support during the war would be only her mother because the main participants had always been the mothers of Yuvraj and Twinkle along with both of them.
The presence of Surjeet matters from here on now so him standing by in middle of the two sons of the Sarna family and standing in line with the rest of the family members, signified how he will when time arises, stand by his family instead of Anita. > Yuvraj meanwhile throughout the parts where he had been present, stood at the edge of the mandap instead of outside it. For Yuvraj, making sure this wedding goes through is very important because it would mark the "sacrifice" he is making for Twinkle. Him also standing by Kunj's side and then coming through in the end by Twinkle's side signified how he is really present for Twinkle but unlike all the previous times, he is willingly competing against Kunj for Twinkle. Yuvraj has a twisted sense of thinking because in his mind, as evident through his actions thus far; if he sacrifices enough and lets Twinkle go along with Kunj, Twinkle will turn back towards him seeing the attempts he has made towards her for her. His actions are still aligned with his obsession.
While Twinkle no longer cares as she has gotten her Kunj by her side, Kunj very much does care because he has stood aside every time and Twinkle had battled out of Yuvraj's web on her own which has allowed Kunj to wi through the last two attacks. Kunj cares because he cantle the love of his life face this man again and again and again and every single time, it is one excuse after another for the same purpose.
Kunj's hand goes up over Yuvraj and this time, no one is surprised because Yuvraj has pulled enough stunts that it is very much understandable that no husband in his right mind would tolerate same stunts again and again. Hell, we all are frustrated with Yuvraj's repeated attempts.
The haven fire of the wedding symbolizes the withering away of ego and pride of the couple. The weddings ins't over until sindoor is placed by husband into a wife's hair partition. Sindoor is worn for protection of husbands and is associated with Goddess Sati, who was a dutiful wife and Goddess Parvati whose love for Lord Shiva was endless, however Anita mixing in the chemical tainted the protection that Twinkle would've provided Kunj. In yesterday's post I mentioned that Twinkle's protective shield around Kunj had fallen off because of her toppling position in between the two men and two sides of the chess board and the one responsible for the ordeal had been Anita who had allowed the chain of events to happen by forcing Yuvraj to sell his blood to Twinkle for Kunj. Kunj's war with Yuvraj will not go on for long as his marriage to Twinkle has already provided him the shelf of being Twinkle's husband however it now depends on Kunj himself on what he chooses in the war that is not even his own. Yuvraj throwing away the sindoor signified how not only he wants to protect Twinkle but also wants to make sure that his competition is on his own terms. Lets not forget that Yuvraj wages his war on his own terms and thus far, even after consistently losing, he is the one setting the terms and pushing on the attacks. Yuvraj will not tolerate any intrusion in his pathway to Twinkle besides the ones that Twinkle will place.
Kunj putting his blood in signified how in order to provide twinkle with strength of this love that will allow her to keep their marriage together, he will willingly sacrifice his own life and his own happiness. The sad-male version of Sajna Ve plays in the background signifying that the new turnover in Twinkle and Kunj's life will bring this time, internal conflicts to surface then the outward conflicts.
The episode till the first 18 minutes covered on the turnovers in emotions in between Kunj and Yuvi and the full-fledged war beginning between the two men over Twinkle, who despite her disapproval has contested her support towards Kunj.
Usha leaving to London was a pleasant move and I'm not quite surprised because business has been a frequent mention in all the tracks that have taken lace since Yuvraj's return. In the beginning episodes, it was established that the main offices of Manohar Sarna's business were established in London while the grillwork was laid in Amritsar. Kunj's immediate family plays a much stronger role in family support then the entire Sarna Clan so focusing on Manohar traveling back and forth from London, Kunj's project that he has been working towards being showcased in London and Usha retuning to London was quite a strategic move. The scene was a first step towards Kunj specifically retuning to his roots to untangle himself from the mess he has thrown himself into despite Twinkle's warnings to ignore. It also signified on Kunj reaching out to Mahi in coming episodes.
I'm going to quote EP 199's analysis' parts which has previous analyses quoted in it to bring a better understanding:
The Zara sa Jhoom Loon Mein sequence ends with Twinkle trying to escape but Kunj blocking the door and two sharing an intimate moment before Twinkle blanks out. Kunj has always been the protector of their relationship and made sure that at least in front of the world, these two are perceived as one despite their problems and arguments. The scene that shows Twinkle blanking out in state of being drunk was a reflection on how Twinkle has been overwhelmed by the amount of damage that needs to be healed and needs a moment to gather her thoughts.Kunj places his hands over Twinkle's torso and since past few episodes he had been pointing to Twinkle's waist/torso area while calling out his 'lady' and her 'luck'. The 'torso' adjoins all the organs that absorb and utilize the energy provided to your body through food. Kunj holding on to Twinkle's waist signified his need for Twinkle to be part of his life regardless of her actions, decisions and choices. It also signified his understanding of Twinkle's power in the "war of love".The morning after scene foreshadowed Kunj's realization of Twinkle's attempts at isolating him. Twinkle wakes up from her slumber and unconsciously probes her hands over Kunj's nose, which signifies her alerting Kunj through her actions about the steps she might take however Kunj being Kunj will make Twinkle realize that he is not ready to understand the problem they are dealing with. (Basically men are immature and dumb).Kunj's bandaged hand on her waist moves just as they both realize the events that surpassed; signifying that Kunj will try to move away from Twinkle after seeing her move away from him. The emotional distance between them will only expand until Twinkle herself will reach out to Kunj. The track signified the developing of misunderstanding. and continues on from EP 189 where Kunj tried to sneak into the jailhouse to feed Twinkle.Kunj's strength is draining out and that was visible in today's episode through Kunj's out-loud claims over his frustrating sex-life. He needs Twinkle to be his wife in every way that she has a right over and not by only submitting herself to him verbally and through empty validations. HIs wavering strength, his frustrations and his reaction to everything to go in flow with will pull Kunj down and provoke him further against Yuvi and not in a good way.Today's episode took us back to the roots of the track where all of Yuvraj's plans started formulating. In yesterday's post I mentioned very distinctly how Kunj has been affected by the "War of Love" between Twinkle and Yuvraj. We also saw Mahi leave back to London in yesterday's episode because of her being overwhelmed by the baggage of her family and her need to create a space for herself on her own. Yesterday's episode also highlighted the war that is still on-going between the trio.Yuvraj's return into the Sarna household as Mahi's husband marked Yuvraj's transitioning towards his own War instead of continuing Anita's War. While the premise of mother and son's wars have been the same, the target is different. Yuvi came in with Mahi as a pawn to make place for himself. With using Mahi as a pawn, he implied the same tactics Anita implied by using Twinkle as a pawn to get back to Leela by getting her into a unrequited relationship with her son. Yuvi thought that Mahi will suffice in order to make Twinkle realize what she is losing by choosing Kunj but he didn't realize that Kunj has become a more stronger support system for Twinkle. He underestimated their bond and relationship, and involved family between Twinkle and Kunj. Twinkle and Kunj agreed for their marriage in the worst circumstances because and for their families and with the emptiness in their relationship because of lack of trust and understanding, using the same to create a rift between them was a fabulous idea. However both overcame the hurdles thrown towards them by Yuvi.Understanding Yuvi's position is so important because this war was waged by him and ironically, the winner of the war would be Twinkle in either way. How so? Twinkle is determined and self-sacrificing. Her biggest strength and her biggest weakness is her love. Twinkle either chooses Kunj, or she chooses no one. Consent plays a big part and even if Yuvi gets through to Twinkle, without her consent he will not attain her in the way he wants.In EP 162, the stage was set to show how the Yuvi will push the old battles, the family members and tangled relationships together forcefully to get back to Twinkle and Kunj. The particular episode was the episode where Kunj vowed to himself to bring a smile on Twinkle's face and sets up an antakshari game with everyone. In the entire sequence that continues on to EP 163, Kunj sings four songs. The third song, "inteha hai intezar ki" is sung by Kunj before all the family members start leaving one by one. The last person to leave is Bebe who asks Yuvi to help her stand up. > While at the particular time, the scene did not hold much significance, the track that was shown through glimpses started developing with EP 179, when Kunj lost his wallet while taking the thorn out from Twinkle's feet. Going to quote a particular section from that analysis:The shoes are mentioned alongside clinic by Twinkle after Kunj reveals her the details about his project.Kunj gets a phone call from Rohit about a "project" that will be showcased in a London Meet. The name Rohit means first rays of the sun, signifying the direction Kunj will take to react to the physical insecurities between him and Twinkle would be through a right passage. A project is a collective work done towards one particular goal and the calling from London in Twinkle's life so far have been only two people. > Kunj and Mahi. (Funny how the second leads are London returns while the main leads resided in Amritsar. England as a country signifies nobility so maybe Kunj and Mahi's nobles actions of protecting Twinkle allowed the writers to put them in England rather then U.S.)Twinkle upon learning about the project and trip to London, tells Kunj that she needs new shoes. Why shoes? Since Twinkle's return into the Sarna House, Twinkle has been leaning against Kunj's support and Kunj had gladly offered his based support to his wife throughout without sparing a second thought because of his "love" for Twinkle. I earlier said in this post that Kunj had been attracted to Twinkle the minute he met her but misplaced anger, frustrations and misunderstandings took space between the two until their marriage. Upon Twinkle's arrival into the Sarna house, Kunj witnessed her bathing in cow's urine and performing perfect Aarti. He appreciates her right away upon seeing her positive behavior with his family. His affections for her return after she faints in Gurdwara praying for his family and he names those affections as 'responsibility.' With growing affections, Kunj's position weakened financially (referring to the loss of wallet in EP 179) and he was kicked out of his job by Anita. >> Anita and Yuvi have wanted to separate Kunj and Twinkle and with the beginning of this track, they have continued to plant seeds of doubt in Kunj's mind which have been overshadowed by his love but remain planted all the same.The shoes symbolize authority, power along with humility. Buying shoes signifies Twinkle understanding the dynamic of the war between her and Yuvi and understanding how Kunj has gotten in middle of it all. As mentioned in EP 189, Twinkle will take charge in order to protect Kunj and fight for his life through putting hers on line. The new shoes symbolizes the path Twinkle will here on be taking to heal the distance between her and Kunj by distancing herself further.I loved how Twinkle initially asked him if she come along and Kunj joked if she wants to be his bodyguard. It was indeed a joke for the moment, but Twinkle upon realizing the fight Kunj stated with Yuvraj for her will actually become his protector as he has become hers. Twinkle will not let the fight continue beyond her and Yuvraj however Kunj became part of this fight the moment she chose his name to be put on her henna during her wedding.The same routine continues on in the college amongst Kunj's friends when they discuss that there is only one book assigned by the professor for the project which is by author "William" (name means desire to protect, strong warrior) and the one who will be able to race to the top first gets to complete the project first. >> For Kunj to get to finish up the project, he requires complete information on subject that will allow him to fight for Twinkle's justice. Twinkles topping in between and then fainting signified the lengths she would go to to cut Kunj away from the battle between Her and Yuvraj.Kunj's displeasure at figuring out Twinkle's stance foreshadows his disappointment in Twinkle's self-sacrifice trait.If you guys remember, I mentioned upon the start of Mrs. Amritsar track, that Yuvi's ploy is to push Kunj away from Twinkle and isolate Twinkle. With Yuvraj revealing his intentions to Twinkle after Manohar's scandal, Twinkle understood quite deeply and her decision to isolate herself to keep Kunj safe would be provoked by her understanding of Yuvraj seeing her as a weak prey except that Twinkle is not to be completely underestimated. This blow to Kunj is formulated by Yuvraj and Anita.The play upon Kunj's insecurities and Twinkle's past will be the ultimate test for Kunj's trust in Twinkle. If Kunj stands by Twinkle in the whole ordeal that will follow through, there will be an actual union of two that would be blessed by all eternity. This upcoming track will play on for two weeks and bring Mahi back as she is the source of revelation. Kunj's success in the end will also make him financially stronger because of his win granted to him by Twinkle. > The win was foreshadowed as Kunj promises a Taj Mahal to Twinkle. Mumtaz bore Shah Jehan a total of 14 children before dying at child-birth. This track's successful end for Kunj will bring joys of fertility for Kunj and Twinkle; which would be a monument of love given to Twinkle because of the stability she has provided him with.
...The War started out between Twinkle and Yuvraj only holds Twinkle as a savior to all those who have voluntarily stepped in = Mahi and Kunj. Alongside, Twinkle through out also holds the key to Yuvraj's future.
The scene ends with Twinkle asking Usha to sent her best wishes to Manohar which signifies that since her protective shield in the battle field does not cover Kunj anymore, Twinkle will reach out to Manohar who has been the one to bring Kunj and Twinkle together in the first place.
The budding tensions and disagreements will soon be blowing into an abrupt rift between Twinkle and Kunj. The one to bring the two of these stubborn children together would be none other then Manohar and Usha.
Bebe directing Twinkle and Kunj to sleep together and start their next steps together was symbolic of the reunion that will await Kunj and Twinkle upon the dissolving of their rift.
Till date since marriage, Kunj has seen immense regret in Twinkle's eyes for her relationship with Yuvraj till after Mrs. Amritsar contest. Her pain of betrayal had turned into guilt and regret however slowly and steadily, that regret was replaced with pity and sorrow as Kunj's love begin to fill in empty vids in Twinkle's life. You literally feel sorry and pity for people and there actions when they do not matter to you anymore and Twinkle at this point has gotten immensely tired of Yuvraj's antics. She is a fighter however the fight with Yuvraj doesn't matter to her as long as the harm inflicted isn't on her loved ones. With her marriage restored with Kunj, Twinkle doesn't have anything to give to Yuvraj. If he goes away, she'll be fine. If he decides to stay and be quiet, she's fine. If he puts a hand of friendship, she'll be fine. Twinkle is done with Yuvraj and he no longer holds any place in HER life. What Kunj cannot fathom, is how all of a sudden, the person she hated so much doesn't matter to Twinkle at all.
Kunj has been a witness of the blinded love of Twinkle for Yuvraj and his fear in midst of the anger and sexual frustrations is losing Twinkle once again to the man she started her love-story out with. Twinkle's happiness is the utmost priority for Kunj and as I mentioned in EP 22o in the Jalte Diye sequence, that Kunj's fears and insecurities would win over him because of his "anger" and push him to distance himself from Twinkle. The sudden dismissiveness of Twinkle for Yuvraj would be misread by Kunj in his anger. The episode has laid prominent foundation for all that is too come in the upcoming track.
As for Yuvi, this young gentleman is deluded into thinking that his sacrifices would be rewarded by Twinkle leaving Kunj midway and coming back to him. He needs professional help. He has not reformed or redeemed. He has instead, chosen the most dangerous way to manipulate his own brain into bringing Twinkle back towards him.
