Okay, so this is my first OS on Dev and Sona! Hope you guys like it! 😳
The story is after Dev and Sona realise their feelings for each other. No one knows about their relationship except Elena, who was emotionally blackmailed into silence about the same by our very own Sona!😆 orange part gives the background of the present scene😳 ( yes! orange mera bhi fav color hai, ab se☺️)
"Why don't you understand! You are supposed to be really angry with me and not be this sweet! I'm the one who kept you waiting for 3 hours at the restaurant last night! Let me explain!" Sona was trying to make her point clear to Dev.
Dev and Sona planned to go out for dinner last night. According to the plan, Sona had to reach the restaurant from the office but her dad turned up and wanted her to accompany him for shopping, it being Dadi's birthday the coming week. She couldn't even inform Dev about it, her phone is dead, thanks to her absent mind, she didn't charge her phone. "Dev waited for me, AGAIN and if Auntyji came to know about this,I'll be dead this time," thought Sona. She came back home and called him on his phone and he was cool as cucumber.
Next morning, she received her bouquet of flowers, the regulars from him, with the regular note-"I love you". Here she was expecting him to be angry and he was acting normal, as if nothing happened. She had to talk to him, in person, and know what his problem was!
"We already talked about the other night na Sona! No, I'm not angry with you and no you don't owe me any apology because I understand for you and me, our family always comes first and I'm happy that your priorities didnot change after what happened between us! And believe me if any such situation arises in the future and I had to make a choice, I'll definitely choose my family! So it's not a big deal! And for the last time, please stop explaining yourself. I'm not at all upset with you and I still love you the way I used to, to be frank, I love you even more now" tried explaining Dev.
"But still I feel awful and I need to do something so that you feel better!"said Sona.
"Okay...you want me to do something to make you feel better. Let me give you some punishment..." Saying so, he started walking towards her. He pulled her by her waist and cupped her face, her breath increasing and her cheeks flushed.
"What punishment Mr. Dixit," asked Sona innocently. " Next time, if you keep me waiting, you'll not be spared Ms. Bose," saying so, he kissed her forehead and was about to reach her lips when they heard some noise from the door. They both came back to their senses and Sona ran away from the room, all blushing and Dev, all smiling to himself.
"Ohhh myyy goooddd!! What did I just seee!!! What did I JUST see! I should find out all about this! How was all this happening under my nose! In my own house! I should talk to someone, warna my stomach will start aching! No no no, if I tell someone, they'll not believe me! I should do something so that the truth will be out at least for me! I should do something! What should I do! How and when all this happened God!" Nikki was pacing in her room, catching her head in her hands and acting all dramatic.
Nikki had a school project and wanted to use Dev's laptop as her's was not working. She asked her mom about it and she asked her to use it in Dev's room itself as she didn't want to disturb any of the settings in Dev's room. She took the laptop to the balcony on the top of Dev's room and was working on it, when she heard Dev walking into the room after coming back from work, immediately followed by Dr.Bose. At first, she thought they were fighting again about something(she enjoyed their fights) so, she thought she'll chupke chupke listen and watch them fight, as that was their daily routine. And suddenly she heard Dr. Bose mentioning flowers and the note and the date and that's when she realised it was not a regular argument between Mr. Dixit and Dr. Bose but between Dev and Sona. Nikki managed to escape Dev's room unnoticed and ran into her room and all of a sudden, she became hyper.
"Bhaiyya and Sona Di tho chupa rustum nikle! Chi!! What did I just say! Bhaiyya bhaiyya hai tho ab Dr. Bose tho Sona bhabhi huyi na! Sona bhabhi and Dev bhaiyya! Kitna acha lag raha hai! Hayeee! Should do something for them!" Continued Nikki with her self talk.
That night Dev was working on his project when Nikki entered his room. "Bhaiyya! Let's play for sometime pleaseee! I'm really bored and I've nothing to do!" Nikki made a puppy face and that was enough for Dev to give in.
"Bhaiyya, Sona DI kitni achi hai na! She knows you in and out! Warna how can anyone suggest a gift like the latest play station for you! I'm really happy that Sona DI came into our lives! I want to do something for her! Why don't we all go out for lunch tomorrow! Kitna mazaa aayega! Ma, aap, main, Neha Di Rhea Di and SONA DI! Sab ek saath! Please na bhaiyya! Ma se baat karo na! I'll make sure SONA DI bhi saath chalengi!" Nikki never stopped stressing on Sona Di, to see if Dev reacts any different. She thought there would be nothing different but her plan worked out.
Dev was really excited about the plan as he wanted a break from this office work. He was lost in his own thoughts when he heard his sister taking Sona's name differently. At first he couldn't make out the difference but later, unknowingly he corrected Nikki, "Sona Di Sona Di kya hai Nikki! Stop calling her Di! She's going to be your bha..."he stopped midway, realising what mistake he was about to make.
"Yeh bha kya naya rishta hai bhaiyya? Did you mean bhabhi? Hawww! What are you talking bhaiyya! Sona Di meri hone wali bhabhi hai?!!" Teased Nikki.
Dev was speechless for a moment. He wanted to make sure that the first person who should come to know about Sona's and his relationship should be his Ma. He tried doing some damage repair work,"yeh bhabhi bhabhi kya hai Nikki! She's our Ma's doctor and that should be the only relation you share with her! Okay? Now go to bed, kal bahar bhi tho jaana hai na!"
That night Nikki went to bed with a huge smile on her face. Things were clear for her now. Her bhaiyya, is finally in love with a wonderful person, her Sona Di...scratch Di...her bhaiyya is in love with her Sona bhabhi!
P.S: Please let me know if you guys liked it! If yes, I'll try and figure out the part where Nikki will make Sona talk, just like the way she made Dev talk😊
