You tend to react more when something that happened to him happens... Think from his point of view for once, leave Ishita's point of view, he was till now living in guilt that he killed both his loved ones, suddenly he sees, he was living a facade put up by the person he least expected. He is just taking out his anger that was building inside him for these many years. From his point of view, she didn't about the new born or Adi once before taking any decision, or whatever decision she took. Again I am repeating my words just think this from Raman's view not from Ishita's point of view. He is reacting in his frustration, anger and the false guilt he was carrying all these days. Put yourself in his shoes and see.
