Good Trailer but a lousy movie

Which movies according to you had a good and interesting trailer but the movie was a total disaster?

For me it has to be prem ratan dhan payo...i loved the trailer and was really looking forward to watching the film but it turned out to be the lousiest movie of recent times for me..

Loved the trailer. with the opening shot of Shah riding an empty road surrounded by awesome scenery. Just his voice with a montage of shots. I had such high expectations. Disappointed does not even begin to cover how crappy the movie was.

Dhoom 3

Hrithik made Dhoom 2 awesome. It had been years since Aamir disappointed me. So looking at the trailer I thought it would be a really smart desi action movie simply because of the belief Aamir would not do just mindless masala. Trailer looked awesome. But yeah, again disappointed does not begin to cover how crappy I thought the movie was.

the teaser was nice with Aamir's voice...but the film was crap...

the best teaser of that time...the film didn't live upto that kind of interest the teaser had created...the film was ok...maybe I was expecting too much...

Watch movies selectively... but was disappointed by Katti Batti 🤪 after the promising trailer!

Jab tak hain jaan( had a lot of expectations from it but was disappointed though I really felt Srk
Was the saving grace of the film followed by Anushka ) . Dhoom 3 ( it was overhyped) bodyguard of Salman ( boring film)

Apart from all movies mentioned.
Hugely disappointed by PK, while it was still a good movie, I thought it would be much more better.
