Can someone translate Hindi ghazal to English?

I would really appreciate it if someone who knows Hindi/Urdu can translate this poignant Chitra Singh ghazal. Thank you.

zindagi tujh ko jiya hai,koi afsos nahin
zahar Khud maine piya hai,koi afsos nahin

main ne mujarim ko bhi mujarim na kaha duniya mein-(2)
bas yahi jurm kiya hai,koi afsos nahin
zahar Khud maine piya hai,koi afsos nahin

meri qismat mein jo likhe the,unhin kaanton se-(2)
dil ke zaKhmon ko siyaa hai, koi afsos nahin
zahar Khud maine piya hai,koi afsos nahin

ab gire sang [stone], ke sheeshon ki ho baarish "Faqeer"-(2)
ab kafan odh liya hai, koi afsos nahin
zahar Khud maine piya hai,koi afsos nahin

zindagi tujh ko jiya hai,koi afsos nahin

I have lived a life of no regrets

And I've drank the poison with no regrets

I didn't tag things for what they were

I have done this crime with no regrets

Ready to serve my time with no regrets

The thorns written in my destiny

Used them to stitch my wounds with no regrets

And I've drank the poison with no regrets

It may rain down a barrage of stones

I have put on my shroud with no regrets

I drank the poison with no regrets

Lived a life with no regrets

Edit: It is not a literal translation word by word because it loses its value and gets lost in translation but I came up with something close to do justice to those beautiful words.

Thanks for the reply, I just had my heart broken and listening to ghazals, sad songs is the best way to process the emotions.

Thank you very much. I can understand some Hindi and know that English translations cannot capture the mood or the emotions conveyed especially with ghazals since they have such deep meaning
