Raman smiled between his tears .Mr bhalla also smiled hearing the good news but got shocked to hear the next piece of information from doctor.
Doc- actually she was pregnant. She suffered a miscarriage.

Raman was shocked to hear this,their child,their kid,their little bundle of joy is no more.their little happiness which was about to brighten their life is no more.their kid died even before breathing her first breath.ground slip under his feet hearing the news and he crushed on the floor lifelessly. And started crying bitterly hugging his knees to his chest.Mr bhalla went to him.
Mr bhalla- Raman.hausla rakh,sab theek ho jayega.
Raman hugged him tight and said- papa,main ishita ko kya kahunga(what I will answer to ishita).he said crying bitterly.
Mr bhalla don't know how to console him.being a father he understood well the pain Raman was going through.moreover he has to take care of ishita as well.
Mr bhalla- u have to be strong Raman.u can't be so weak. Ishita badly needs u.
Toshi ji's blood boil listening this.she went to them and said- why Raman will be with her.bas karo bhalla ji.ek toh mera puttar aise hi pareshan hai.stop crying puttar ,I know u r sad coz u married her in a jiffy and now came to know that she wasn't loyal to u.woh manhoos toh thi hi badchalan bhi nikli.socho zara shaadi ke pehle din miscarriage. Pata nahi kiska paap tha.she said making a face.
Mr bhalla- chup kariye toshi ji.u think that girl is bad character.can't u see Raman's condition. It's his child.
Toshiji- stop ur rubbish.I know my son.he can never cross his limits.that child was not his.I am 100% sure.naa Raman.woh ladki badchalan hai.
Raman, who was mourning over his loss till now,couldn't take this rubbish any more.he shouted- bas karo maa.she was pregnant with my child.mera bachcha,hamara bachcha.u killed my baby.u r a murderer maa.u r a murderer. He said shaking toshi ji vigorously.
Raman loosened his hold on her and fell crying- mere bachche ko maar daala aapne maa.u were angry on ishita coz u may loose ur son because of her but see maa ,she lost her child because of u.aap kaise nazrein milaogi usse.aapki nafrat ne uske bachche ko maar diya,mere bachche ko maar diya aapne.He said crying .
Toshiji sank on the sofa listening that the baby was his and all she could utter was- because of her,I lost my grandson.now I will surely throw her out of my house and Raman's life.manhoos kahin ki,aate hi hamare ghar mein maatam le aayi.saying so she stand up when Raman said- aap chahti kya ho.u killed our baby,my wife is in hospital coz of u and still u have guts to blame ishita.no she is not the one because of whom this sadness is in our house but its u maa.u r the reason of our sadness. Aapne woh kar diya joh koi maa apne bachche ke saath nahi karti.because of u I lost my baby and now also u r hell bent to prove ishita wrong.kya chahti ho maa.agar meri khushiyan dekhi nahi jaati aapse toh maar dalo mujhe bhi par is tarah meri ishita ko takleef mat do .Maine kaha tha woh bardasht nahi kar payegi.I told u it wasn't her fault. It was just a misunderstanding. I agree that I suffered because of that but u guys were there for me.but she was all alone maa.she suffered alot alone.usne bhi uss galti ki saza paayi joh usne nahi ki thi.
Toshiji- I don't know anything. And how can u blame ur mother.I didn't know that she is pregnant. Joh ho gaya so ho gaya.just throw her out of ur life .I will make u marry a fresh girl who will be more beautiful then that madrasi.
Raman look at her in disbelief.
Raman- pagal ho gayi hai.pagal ho gayi hai aap.woh biwi hai meri.usse chod doon.kyun .(r u mad,she is my wife).
Toshiji- please understand puttar.she is a bad omen.u can never be happy if she is around.
Raman- aap itni pathar dil kaise ho sakti ho.that girl lost her baby and instead of consoling her ,u want me to throw her out of my life.she needs u maa,she needs a mother right now.
Toshiji- u may be interested in charity but I am not. Either u will throw her out of ur life or me.u have to choose between us two.
Raman loosen his grip on her shoulder and said- u know what maa.I don't need u for my ishita.I can take care of her alone,I can be her husband, mother,father.her everything. I don't need u ,and i don't need anyone for my ishita.I am enough for her.and about choosing between u two,u don't left any option for me.u have papa,simmi but ishita don't have anyone other then me .I have promised her that I will be with her no matter what.I will comfort her in her pain.I will not leave her even if it mean that I will have to leave u.
Toshiji- suna aapne bhalla ji.my son is ready to leave me for her.she is such a magician. Casted her black magic on my son.
Mr bhalla was about to say something but Raman said- don't try to stop me papa.coz I will not.
Mr bhalla- I will not stop u Raman.this time I am telling to take her away from ur mother.she will not let ishita live peacefully. Tumhari maa uss bachchi ko maar dalegi.jaise tumhare bachche ko maar dala.
Toshi ji look at Mr bhalla in disbelief.
Toshiji- why u guys r not getting.she is not good for our house.see she broke our house on the first day of our marriage.
Mr bhalla- bas karo toshiji .warna mera haath uth jayega.why u r behind that poor soul.she lost her baby.let her live peacefully. Saying so he went to Raman.
Mr bhalla- Raman,I want to see her but don't have courage to see into her eyes.what if she ask me why u were not there to protect me when she needed me.I assured u that she will be fine but couldn't keep my words so its my punishment that I should stay away from my son.so I am taking toshi ji along with me.so that she can't pour her venom on ishita.take care of ishita, Raman.woh bahut hi pyari bachchi hai.he said caressing Raman's cheek.
Raman hugged his dad tight crying bitterly while Mr bhalla hugged him back trying to sooth his pain.while toshi ji was just standing apart.thinking ways to separate ishra .
They were hugging when a nurse come and said- Mr bhalla, doc is calling u.she wanna talk about ur wife.and please its hospital, maintain the silence.
Raman- sorry,I am just coming.he said wiping his tears.he went to the doc while Mr bhalla took toshi ji away.
In doc cabin
Doc- I know Mr bhalla, u r in a very bad state now.but u have to be strong for ur wife.she needs u badly.
Raman- I didn't get it.
Doc- see,I have been observing her and found see is crying in her sleep taking ur name.ur wife is physically and emotionally broken at this time.she needs lots of love and care.if this mental stress will prolonged I fear to say,she may suffer a nervous breakdown.
Raman- what??
Doc- yes,she is so much vulnerable at this point of time.u have to take care of her a lot. And secondly, she shouldn't get any shock now.she is not in a position to handle any.I think she don't know about her pregnancy herself. So it will be better if u don't tell her now.or it will be best if u don't tell her about this miscarriage ever.she can't handle it.and one last thing.I know I shouldn't interfere but being a doc its my duty to inform u.please take her to a rather calm place.ur mother is not good for ur wife's mental peace. I have heard ur mother's views about ur wife.and I am not going to do any personal comment but as a doc its my responsibility to save my patient and she is not good to be near ur wife.I hope u r getting what I am trying to tell.
Raman- I am getting what u r trying to say doc.thanks for telling this .I will take utmost care of her.
They were talking when a nurse entered and said- doc,Mrs bhalla ko hosh aa gaya hai.and she is asking for mr bhalla.
Doc and Raman rushed to her room and saw her trying to sit while nurse where busy in making her lay down.
Nurse- please ma'am,lay down.u r sick.
Ishita- chodo mujhe.I wanna go to my Raman.I want to apologize to him.she was saying and crying.
Raman was shocked to see her in such a state.nurse were trying to hold her but she was just crying.He ran to her and took her in his arms.
Raman cupped her face lovingly and said- kya hua babu.why u r being so cranky bachcha.
Ishita- aapka accident hua meri wajah se.kahan chot lagi thi.(u got injured coz of me).
Doc signalled everyone to leave as Raman is there to make her silent.all left from there leaving ishra alone.
Raman- mujhe chot, nahi toh.
Ishita- don't lie. Maa told me that u had an accident because of me.aap meri wajah se mar jaate,kahan chot lagi.she said tracing his face searching for any mark of any wound.she slowly kissed his forehead ,then his eyes ,then his nose and said joining her forehead with his-maa is correct,main aapke layak nahi.u please leave me.I deserve to be alone.I didn't trusted u.I deserve this punishment of being alone.she was go on murmuring cupping his face.
Raman- chup jaan.there is nothing like that.noone in the world deserve happiness more then u.u r the most innocent soul I have ever met and ur Raman will never leave u alone.u tryst me naa.he said kissing the back of her palm.
Ishita hugged him tight and cried in his embrace
Ishita- I am sorry,sorry ,so sorry.I didn't did that intentionally. Aapko takleef pahunchane ka toh main soch hi nahi sakti.please don't ever leave me.main mar jaaungi.she said hiding herself in him.
He crushed her more into himself and said- never bachcha.hum hamesha saath rahenge.
They remain in same position for some time and then she said- what happened to me. Why we r in hospital.
Raman was startled by her question but he composed himself and said- ur bp was low and u fainted coz of it.buddhi ho gayi ho tum.he said trying to make her smile.
She smiled a little and said- u know I thought ki kahin main pregnant toh nahi ho gayi.
Raman was shocked to hear it.
Raman- abhi how can.abhi toh I haven't loved u passionately. He said with trembling voice trying to distract her.
Ishita side hugged him and said- but u know what I want to be pregnant. U know I was feeling some changes in me and was about to test but before that u break this news that I am not pregnant. I know its too early to become parents but I want to feel this phase of our life.me being pregnant,u taking care of me.I would have been troubled u alot with my crazy cravings.I so wanted to feel a part of u in me.then our baby come in our arms.uske chote chote haath chote chote pair.sab kitna sundar hota naa.but main bhi kya bol rahi hoon.abhi nahi hui toh baad mein ho jaaungi.hum toh hamesha saath rahenge naa.she was go on saying while Raman was sobbing silently hugging her to his heart .
Realising his tears she look at him and said- what happened Raman.why u r crying.something went wrong or what.kya hua boliye naa.
Raman- nothing jaan.I was just thinking how u will irritate me when u will be pregnant. Uff I am so scared. He said making a face trying to hide his sadness.
Ishita- itna bhi nahi pareshan karungi.aise Rone ki kya baat hai.she said with a pout.
Raman- nahi ,jitna karna hoga utna karna.I will love u and pamper u alot.
Ishita- pehle pregnant toh hone dijiye.
Raman hugged her tight and said- very soon u will be pregnant. And u will feel everything u want to feel.now smile a little for ur Raman.
Ishita smiled and then look around.
Ishita- maa,papa ji,simmi.where r they.didn't they come to see me.gussa hai naa mujhse.
Raman- nahi jaan.actually they have to go to our native suddenly. Something went wrong.they will stay there for a week.
Ishita- what happened.we should also go.
Raman- nahi papa told us to be here as doctor advised u bed rest for a week.u lay here,I will go and check the discharge formalities then I will take u home.saying so he was going not able to hide his tears anymore.but she hold his hand and said- please don't go naa.I want to be in ur arms Raman,please.just few more minutes.
Raman took her in his arms and start patting her softly trying to make her sleep.soon she slept as she was under the effect of the drugs. He softly planted a kiss on her hair and said- I love u so much jaan.I wont let anything happen to u.mujhe chahe kitni bhi takleef ho par tumhare aankhon mein aansu nahi sane dunga.I promise u I will find those culprits and punish them .I will never spare them to separated us and because of that we lost our most precious treasure. Our baby.main kisi ko nahi chodunga.but now my priority is just u.please be OK for me ishita .and I promise I will give u every happiness u ever thought of.he said to himself hugging ishita protectively in his embrace.
