Kash-Krushna disappoint judges
"I think they were expecting more from us… that is why we didn't get good scores. We did a great job in the sixth and seventh episode and after coming back on a wild card we didn't perform a good set. It was just dance dance dance," says Krushna.
Krushna is not disheartened by the judges' remarks. He says, "It's not a big deal. We'll do better next time. The competition has its ups and downs just like life. We've always put in our best and we tried that day too. I don't know what happened but we respect the judges decision especially Vaibhavi Merchant's."
The judges seem to get stricter as the weeks go by but Krushna sees that as a plus point to the show. "That's a good thing. This is the 9 or 10th episode so they are right to be harsher. Everyone is now scared wondering what is going to happen on Monday. Davidji's comment about Kashmeera and my performance was right. We were taking it very east and didn't rehearse much. It really was like we were dancing at a party."
He is still all praise for his choreographer. "When we rehearsed with Nitin we were very confident about the dance. We are very happy with him and if we weren't we would not have gone on with the routine. He has some good concepts and is very intelligent. I think he is still the best choreographer."
How does his girlfriend Kashmeera feel about the episode?
Krushna says, "Kashmeera was unhappy because she wasn't happy with the choice of song even before. We were planning to dance to something else but we were stuck with that choice as we couldn't get anything else. Till now we have given our best and next time we are sure to give a better performance."
This week was not a happy one for Kashmeera and Krushna Abhishek. At the end of their performance the duo was told y the judges that they were shocked by their "atrocious" dance routine. But the couple is determined to pull up their socks next week.
