Being a medical student I can tell you some advice...
First of all look down...the box...observe clearly...😉

*****

So the box you see is your life and the black dots in the centre is the problem/stress in our life...

See the problem/stress is just a small dots in our life so why are you thinking and worried about the small dots and wasting your whole life...

You have get a excellent mark in your 10th...yes stress is part of our life but it not the only thing in our life...So do relax your mind...do the activity which can make you feel happy...

regarding feeling really sleepy...Of course we tend to get sleepy sometime in classes when we didn't get enough night sleep...or sometimes getting stress also can cause sleepiness in day time...Did you sleep late at night?

One more thing if it still persist please talk to your parent and share your worries with them...you need to bring the change in yourself..it will only happen when you give it a try...

All the above posts sound really good & helpful, hope tht you will follow them. Maybe, you are feeling tired & sleepy because you have over-worked your brain & mind. I think, a break from the pressure & stress of studies will do you good. Remembering over-worked & tired brain will not help you achieve the best results. Relax, take a break for a few days or do something that you really enjoy for sometime everyday. Your mind will definitely feel refreshed. Please always share your worries & concern with your parents, siblings close friends. Remember, your parents have gone through your age themselves..even though their times were different they have the experience to be able to guide in the right direction..always. Never keep your feelings bundled up within yourself..share them..you will feel good & might even get a solution to your problem. You can share your feeling with us..always :-)
Also remember, just one exam is not do all & end all of everything in life...try your best, you will succeed. But, even if you don't succeed in one exam(which won't happen with you I am sure!)..there are many other options to achieve success in life...work hard & give your best in whatever you want to do..you will succeed. Remember work hard, then play hard too :-).
Relax, have fun, enjoy life & study with happiness, don't look at study as burden or stress, enjoy it. All the best.
