I'm in a dilemma what to say abt the situation after yesterday's episode on the forum, twitter and fb. Saw a lot of hate tweets/post regarding Roshni's behavior. 😕

First of all I can completely understand what you want to imply with your post Vidya. Our reacting shouldn't go over the top when expectations are not met. We were speculating about how Roshni would act/react on the situation, hoping for a reasonable explanation as to why Sid and Roshni should separate for their own best. According to me everything Roshni said, as harsh as it might have sounded, was correct if you look at the situation from her point of view.

Even when she said "tum aageye mere aur mere mom ke beech" , she spoke the truth. It was up to Sid (and SidNi fans) how to interpret it. If you look at it neutrally, Sid did come in between the mai-beti jodi no matter how good or bad their equation was at that time. He came in between and made sure the atmosphere changed positively. He also tried his utmost best to keep it that way, so he was the one managing' the relationship and he was doing a hell of a good job being an ideal Jamai. I don't find anything wrong in that, she was simply stating how things were but sadly it got interpreted by fans in a wrong way (ok I might get bashed for this badly). Remarkable was that although Roshni was in a completely devastated state, she remained calm during her confrontation with Sid.

Yes I did feel bad for Sid to digest all the things Roshni did/said at that time, but his reaction indicated that he also agreed on everything Roshni said, or else everyone is aware of how he can react when injustice is done. He didn't blame her for reacting in such a way, in fact he cursed his destiny for having an incomplete love story. 😭

On the other hand, I don't blame the fans to feel disappointed and heartbroken on Roshni's reaction. If they love SidNi unconditionally, it's their utmost right to express their feelings when hurt by either Roshni, Sid or both SidNi. Many feel Roshni is being ungrateful towards Sid, while she very well knows he can lay down his life for her and both their families, which for that reason is justified. It is also justified when you get angry on Roshni for hurting Sid by separating from him. Might have been a fraction of a moment that some hate/bashing tweets of posts were brought out, it's ok, but the sad thing is that one by one almost all characters get bashed. 😳 Do vent out your anger and frustration, esp. when the production house considers fans feedback, but it can be done in a proper. 😳

On a more positive note, today twitter/forum/fb is overflowed with the excitement of the new season, giving it a complete positive vibe. This should also be appreciated. 👍🏼👍🏼

SidNi has been the most remarkable thing JR has given me in the form of an on screen couple, cvs and NiVi have outdone themselves and I give them their due credit for that..

Let's enjoy and hope it will be even better than what we've got till now, especially the NiVi scenes. 😛

Ps I still am trying to assimilate Achint won't be there in the new season. 😔 Even Ravi and Nia's disappointment is quite clear from the segments.

I absolutely agree Pal that if we appreciate and love certain character, their actions then we can complain as well but share feedback as well but as an avid reader of JR fan posts, that didn't came across. And you're right... creatives had to bring a space thus they choose and exactly the point that why such negativity when we knew this was gonna happen to pave way for upcoming track / season. But hope this season validates her action and no this is no justification either. ;-)
P.S. - Probably the creatives wanted fans not to like this episode ever.

Steph - I never cited that we should blame the love story either because that's what made this show! Yesterday's episode was Roshni's situation, her reaction and everyone was trying to decode / rationalizing the action. I loved your thought that it was the same love that both fought over and bought them together always - my POV exactly that this love which has been deepened in time, will bring them together and this time "forever"
I personally didn't like the dialogue when she said his face will remind her of DD but for few things we just ignore as it is a bliss. :))
P.S. - I never bashed Siddharth either because his is the true love and only because of that portrayl he will get his Roshni back.

P.P.S - Not sure on "comments out of the way" was for me or the dialogues but if former - apologies.


Churri - :)) Well no reason Forum calls you and Prathe the positive, stress relief souls... bt again... i am not saying we should blame or not, my perspective is to understand character action and psychologically what made her action so? Rest i loved your POV and really hope the same is displayed / demonstrated later in the season as i too feel. Depression hurts the person the most when they see the order of losses and feel that probably they don't deserve the happiness and thus the reaction. Nice post...Cheers :))


Paru - :)) Sorry for being positive babe, but hope is what keeps us going... I hear what you say and respect the same however lets not make more post of Roshni Siddharth love story then if you really feel she didn't loved him or used him because yes i don't think she did. But that's another point and won't dwell much.
P.S. - This post was a point of view and not made ppl to change their opinions.


Abi - :)) I agree and echo what you say baby but as viewers we don't know how these characters are sketched - if colorful / bright or grey? (had we known then Yash of all ppl wouldn't become negative / villain in the show) or why, in what "heat of the moment" those thoughts flowed? but you penned down what i was actually feeling / sensing while watching the show... guess our wavelength is still matching from Friday!! hehe Big hug back.

bt my only sole reason to post this was, lets not boil our blood, that won't help or undo anything rather seek explanation from creatives and request them to justify it!!
P.S. - Hope your disappointment post the episode airing is sorted. Siddharth can never change his heart which has only Roshni in it. :))

@bold: Hahaha, I hope it'll be sorted soon too. As of now no trace of DD/Achint, Roshni taking over her mannerisms so that might fill in the void to a certain extend. In all this I'm sure Nia will nail this one too. 😉

And just to remind you.. don't ever be sorry for being positive and spreading positivity. That's one specialty u have which u should always cherish.. 👍🏼
