Shakuntala tells Sooraj that she will not forgive him if he tries to harm her family. Shakuntala gives Bhoomika her share of the property and accepts her as Arjun's wife. Arjun feels trapped by Mansen's designs. Mansen shocks everyone by saying that Arjun cannot sell the property for business purposes. He also tells them that he has bought Rajeshwari's house.
