Guys sorry am not present on this forum but had a business summit . it will be over at 4 today and was thinking of posting after that But certain things are irking me and I want to post them
I have seen many fans of many celebrities who get HOOKED on a particular role that the actor have played. And then they dont accept any other role. In My honest opinion its not fair on the artist .
Now about the character Viplav . I have been an ardent follower of likes of dilip kumar . amitabh . aamirkhan and think I do have enough experience to be able to comment on this
Viplav is a wholesome character . Viplav is A boy we have a possibility of meeting in our society . Suave, good-looking , welll mannered , humorous, articulate, naughty. Romantic and ANGRy.
What I mean to say is he is very close to reality . And these are the most difficult characters to play .
In Acting the most difficult is Comedy and then these real characters . This is because here the actors contribution is immense. The writer develops the character but the shape and nuances have to be given by the actor.
Viplav if played badly could have looked cheesy and if underplayed would not have been attractive
The balance can be met only by a SEASONED ACTOR .And when he achieves that its a great satisfaction for the artist . And all actors know that .
Strong ,Brooding < out of reach characters are more the writers creation . Of course the actors contribution is always there but the writer dominates. And then as such characters are not to be seen around us ,our imagination dominates

In comedy 30% writers 70%
In roles like viplav 40 writers 60% actors
In angry roles its 55%writers 45% actors
contribution .
This is my opinion.
If Mishal will get offered roles that he would like in bollywood , it will be now .after him having played Viplav to a perfection .
And you please mark my words
After having depicted all real emotions on screen perfectly.
Viplav's role is that of a real hero.
Look at all bw greats and you will realise what I am trying to say .
Strong brooding roles are a category , but a limited category.
India likes wholesome heroes and viplav is that.
When you as a fan get stuck on a particular role. you are doing injustice to that artist .
A true fan will always keep his heart and mind open and appreciate all good work done by the artist.
SO LETS CELEBRATE VIPLAV IN MISHAL'S WORDS "THE QUINTESSENTIAL INDIAN HERO"
GUYS THIS IS MY HONEST AND HEARTFELT OPINION AS I HAVE SEEN . IF I HAVE HURT ANYONE I AM SORRY AND WOULD LIKE TO ADD THAT THAT IS NOT MY INTENTION.
