Wait, I don't understand how Sattu can just hand over the company to Shivpal. It was pretty obvious in the property papers Pari saw that the property will be divided among the kids upon her death. So she still own it all.

It still all belongs to Maasahab!!
She may look like she's losing the confidence battle, but legally she is still rock solid.
I hope they stop showing Maasab , Dadi and Pari as victims and start taking charge.

But I want to say also, that I have a suspicion that Sattu may be acting this way to catch Shivpal red handed... Shivpal is just trusting Sattu to be as loyal to him as he was to his mother.
