Well not a movie about serial killer but I had seen a show about psyco killers where one psyco killer who wants to kill(?) a person who was assumed to be a psyco uses hero's brother who actually was psyco and then turns a killer and wants to kill his brother and also helps other psyco killers with their killings but has the ultimate motivation of killing his brother..

Well if something of that sort was ever made in bollywood I would love to watch it... 😆

That is upto the director and producers of this movie and how much budget we are talking about here. But the story plot is solid and feels like almost taken out of real life.
