On topic , WOM is now marketing gimmick. Movie reviews have become so unreliable that spreading WOM worked for sometime. Now a days people react to WOM as " Jis movie ka WOM accha hota hai, woh bundle nikalti hai. Aajkal log kuch bhi accha bol dete hai"
