Why does Projected WOM of films don't reflect in Box Office Collections of those films?
If a WOM is Excellent, ppl will WATCH the film, will RECOMMEND the film? Right So??
AIRLIFT = WOM = 79
more than BAJRANGI BHAIJAAN = WOM = 77
AIRLIFT = NETT INCOME = 123 Cr
Distributor Share - 58.50 Cr
Footfalls = 1 Cr
If ppl loved AIRLIFT so much even more than Bajrangi Bhaijaan, than what happened to it's Box Office Collection? No. of Footfalls is 1/3 of BB, Distributor Share is just we can say 36% of BB??
PRDP = WOM = 57
NETT LIFETIME = 194 Cr
Distributor Share = 106 Cr
Footfalls = 2.28 Cr
If ppl hated PRDP why didn't it fall down after 1st day??? 1st day was RECORD 39 cr, means a large no. of ppl watched it, so if they HATED it, why didn't it's collection fall to much lower levels??
PRDP's 2.28 Cr Footfalls means that much no. of tickets sold, only 20 films are above PRDP in ALL TIME Footfall list including HAHK, DDLJ, Gadar kind of films.
Agar BEST WOM can't give you BEST BOX OFFICE BUSINESS, than what is the use??? There is a HUGE list of films having WORST WOM, but BO Business is double.
Akki's Biggest Grosser AIRLIFT is not even in his BIGGEST TOP 5 HITS, All his BEST 5 WOM films AIRLIFT, SPECIAL 26, BABY, GABBAR IS BACK, HOLIDAY didn't have more than 1.08 Cr Footfalls, that too was of Gabbar, rest all below 1 Cr... while Akki's Rowdy Rathore & Mohra had 2+ Cr Footfalls, next is Housefull 2 which also had trashy WOM.
No. of Footfalls = No. of Ppl Watch that FILM
Why does BEST WOM coming from films having LOW FOOTFALLS? Does GOOD WOM Doesn't work for films without BIG STARS like Salman or Aamir?
So ppl are watching FILMS which they like & What Media is projecting BEST WOM kind of films, that AUDIENCE isn't watching on 1st priority or having limited small audience.
