What genre should we explore in BW?

Bollywood has its fair share of good genres. Masala comedies, romantic dramas, etc. But what genre should be explored that hasn't been done before? Please share your thoughts. 😉

Suspense thrillers. We had some good movies from genre back then but now literally this genre is nowhere to be found in BW. I miss movies like Ajnabee, Humraaz, Kaun, Ek Haseena Thi. Also realistic youth movies, not like Student of the year but more like Wake up sid, Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na

I agree horror and full thriller movies genre should be explore rather than horrex. Also simple sweet movies like hrishkesh mukerjee's should be made.

Sci-fi thrillers that are not superhero/time travel based
Psychological thrillers that are not eroticas
Decent comedies like hera pheri
Roadtrip/travel based flicks
Stereotype breakers like 3idiots
Movies that explore our socio political scenario like rdb, swades

The genre does not matter so much ..whatever the genre it is the script that will make a good film.

Not much Sci-fi movies. Honestly, I never watched any indian movie where ppl go into space exploring it (would love to watch some bollywood ppl do that).

Horror is less explored (barring poorly made bipasha movies). Loved 1920, shaapit kinda movies.

Animation (when hollywood make so many superhero movies, why bollywood adapt indian heroes like shaktimaan into cinema)

Historical (Very few like Jodha akbar, Bajirao)

Supernatural stuff (dont want raagini mms kinda movies😭)
