- Its the morning, and Abhay is calling Kamya....here the new Kamya enters. Abhay asks her to go to mandir with her, but she says she has to much work to do as she is baking the cake herself.
- Abhay goes to the mandir and hands outs gifts to the poor people. One pandit comes and says that Shubham is very lucky. Abhay says yes he is my soumya's son. The pundit says Shubham's parents, Soumya and Pari always served god, so their son will always have happiness.
- Kamya puts the finishing touches on the cake, but see something missing in the food. She yell for Chameli, saying that after marriage all she thinks about is her husband. Then they show Chameli with a mangulsutra getting ready, and Rangeela comes and puts sindoor on her. They are having a romantic moment, but it is disrupted by Kamya.
- Kamya yells that ever since she got married she doens't have time for anything else. It is Shubhams birthday, and everything needs to be perfect. After she leaves Chameili says that these kids take up all her time, and she never has time for her husband.
- Everyone is looking for Shubham but cannot find him. Pari gets an idea and start acting liking she is having pain in her head. Shubham and Shivam come running. Shubham is dressed like a doctor, and Shivam like a police officer. Shubham treats Pari's headache with a fake injection. Kamya comes and take Shubham to get ready. Alisha also takes Shivam away to get him ready. Abhay is smiling away, thinking about Shubham. And Pari asks him why is he so happy, Abhay says watching Shubham play doctor. Pari says don't you think its weird that Shubham all of a sudden wants to be a doctor.
- Next scene is of Manav, and remembering the day when Pallavi died. He takes out a gift and card for Shubam.
- Alisha is wrapping presents, when Kamya tells her that she mixed about the presents. Alisha gets up and says you don't like people do things, then why don't you do it yourself. Alisha gets up, and grabs Shivam who is playing with Shubham and takes him away. Alisha forces Shivam to go take a nap, even though Shivam wants to make Shubham a birthday card. Alisha says there is no need for him to make Shubham a card, and seems to be annoyed with Shubham and Shivams relaitonship. When Shivam sees Alisha leave, he puts pillows underneath the blanket and leaves. Alisha comes back and sees Shivam missing.
- The gaurd brings a present for Pari, and say once again this year someone left it. Pari opens it and it is the same idol that comes every year. Pari wonder who this person is, that every year gives Shubham so much good luck. Pari goes to the pooja room and put it next to the four other ones that Shubham has recieved every year.
