Am late to this discussion but I wanted to give my 2 cents:
I don't think Kareena's lack of hard work and passion is the reason why she's not interested in Hollywood. She's just not into working in Hollywood. Kareena is a born Bollywood queen. What I mean by that is that she enjoys working in Bollywood movies too much to leave that behind for a Hollywood deal. Plus Kareena's career goals is way different than PC and DP.
Also..I don't think PC fits into Hollywood anymore than kareena would in terms of talent and acting. I think both will equally do well in hollywood. The only thing that sets PC apart is her dusky skin which Hollywood is looking for these days to cash in their diverity plan. Plus Hollywood has a thing for exotic looking women..bebo looks like the women they already have in Hollywood..fair women lol.
If kareena tried as hard as Deepika and PC and had interest to work in Hollywood..she would land a role as well. The only difference is DP and PC want to make it in Hollywood..bebo doesn't. And there's nothing wrong with wanting to make it in Hollywood and there's nothing wrong with not wanting to work in Hollywood.
