Rajshri Thakur, who has become a household name thanks to her character Saloni in Saat Phere, believes that the number seven is lucky for her. The actress, who recently bought a new Maruti SX4, insisted that her new car have a number beginning with the number seven.

She says, "My show Saat Phere has made me what I am today. The number seven is very important for me. It has proved lucky for me so many times in life. My husband Sanjyot Vaidya's birthday is also on the same date."

Although Rajshri needed the car to commute, she patiently waited for the desired number plate. She had paid the advance for the car a long time back, but the car took a lot of time to deliver. She says, "I booked the car long ago but received it only recently. This is because I wanted the number plate beginning with seven only. I am not superstitious. I don't even have a fixation with numbers. It is just that the number seven is linked to many good things in my life."

Rajshri does not how to drive, but she's game to learn. She adds, "For our first drive in the car, my husband took me to my maayka at Dahisar."

thanks for the article. how funny 7 is lucky for my huby too. his b'day has two 7's his licence plate always comes with number 7 without planning. even all eh places he lived the number always sums up to 7 without even planning. even our marriage date adds up to number 7. and first time we met also on 7th.
