Should acting profession have minimum qualification too?

Like every other profession requires a minimum level of education/degree/experience for a job, should acting be put in the same mould?

A lot of untrained, inexperienced models/star kids become actors now.

I know many untrained actors are fab too but even they should have at least a prior experience of a an episodic or theatre or course in study of behind the scenes aspects of acting or a TV show(even they should have same rule?That's a TV forum discussion) or prior experience something to their credit?

A lot of older actors who are regarded as icons haven't had formal training. It has been a learning with the job thing ... some probably are better than trained ones too... Despite that even natural, spontaneous actors also need to take a minimum course in acting despite their talent?

to rajnikanth ji n many more has nt completed
their studies...they were born with luck n talent..
sprinkled with hard work n made their way up...
a burden of minimum qualification will close the way
for many talents specially for the underprivileged...
