It says that Yuvi makes a deal with twinkle that he will give blood to Kunj only if she Divorces kunj and comes back to him,Twinkle agrees at that point of time.

Later to give her a trailer that what will he do if Twinkle will back out,Yuvi will get into a car and will try to hit kunj but in nick of time twinkle will save kunj,Kunj wont be able to see the drivers face but later yuvi will wink at twinkle.

Twinkle will then get determine that she will Not divorce kunj and on the other hand she will Get blood for kunj too.

Now we have to see how she actually does that😳
